We are seeking a highly experienced leader with expertise in overall IT service management for operation and maintenance (O&M) in the areas of cybersecurity, end-to-end infrastructure management, and application services, which are outsourced to third-party service providers. A hands-on role that requires the applicant to possess holistic thought leadership across areas of technology, service, and people management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of third party service providers to deliver quality cybersecurity, end-to-end infrastructure, communications and application services across business areas to meet the business needs of e2i.
• Oversee the management of outsourcing vendors to ensure that (a) contractual obligations are met and projects are successfully delivered by vendors/service providers; (b) contracts continually meet e2i business needs; (c) vendors’ performance is monitored and delivered in accordance to contractual obligations and service-level agreements; and (d) project risks are properly mitigated and managed.
• Single point of contact (SPOTS) in addressing all technology needs and requirements to meet business needs.
• Delivery of excellent services to business users in ensuring smooth delivery and operations of all IT services.
• Lead the management and resolving of issues and incidents in all aspects of IT, Data and Cybersecurity.
• Lead the implementation, monitoring, and review of IT general and access controls.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
