JOB SUMMARY

Responsible with all daily accounts receivable transactions up to monthly reports & costing related functions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform data entries, prepare and assist in day-to-day operations in accounting

- Ensure all invoices are accurately input into SAP, and are supported by the relevant approved documents

- Liaise with customer on any AR invoice discrepancies and follow up with the collection for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

- Prepare timely monthly AR Aging report to Corporate Finance with explanations on outstanding AR balances

- Prepare weekly AR report & sales report to management review

- Execute OMIS system (In-house costing system), provide related report monthly

- Perform cost roll in SAP on monthly basis

- Half-yearly stock-take preparation and arrangement.

- Support external audits when required

- Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana will be an added advantage

- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification, with working knowledge of Singapore FRS / IFRS standards.

2. Good organization and time management skills

The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow. This is under Research Collaboration Agreement ‘Fermentation Technology’ funded by BUNGE and administrated by School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB).

Key Responsibilities:

The Research Fellow will be responsible to develop solid state and submerged fermentation technology for flavoring development. In addition, you are expected to cover the following scope:

• Planning and execution of experiment
• Monitor research progress
• Manage lab environment including tracking purchases
• Communicate research activities with BUNGE
• Development on shared lab SOPs and workflows

Job Requirements:

• Hold a PhD in a relevant discipline such as Microbiology, Food Science And Technology.
• Particular interest is in candidates with experience in food fermentation technology.
• Experience in biotechnology and green processing technology would be advantageous.
• Direct experience working in a food lab
• Strong background in food related research
• Comfortable with a role that crosses academic, industry and regulatory thinking.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting warehouse/logistics operations including receiving, packing, and dispatching of goods, scheduling and logistics arrangements, inventory management and document control.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support warehouse/logistics operations including performing day-to-day logistics activities.
• Receive, inspect and ensure incoming goods are stored appropriately.
• Pick, pack and dispatch outgoing goods and materials and coordinate with forwarding partners or customer appointed forwarders for dispatching of shipments
• Ensure SAP system is updated and appropriate documentation is completed once receiving and shipping activities are completed.
• Support weekly cycle control and annual stock-take processes and documentation.
• Ensure proper storage of parts and maintain good housekeeping
• Ensure all warehousing & inventory related functions, ensuring all processing order is done in accordance with company policies
• Support the implementation and execution of warehouse processes and procedures.
• Other tasks as may be required from time to time.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics or relevant area preferred
• 1-2 years in a warehouse/logistics or similar role.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler (Technician), Built PCBs, wiring harnesses, and complete electro-mechanical assemblies for major oil and gas service industry, using provided documentations.

Responsibilities

a. Assemble PCBs following the provided documentation and specifications.
b. Construct wiring harnesses according to electrical schematics and assembly instructions.
c. Assemble complete electro-mechanical systems and devices used in the oil and gas service industry.
d. Ensure the quality and accuracy of each assembly, adhering to industry standards and guidelines.
e. Identify and troubleshoot any assembly issues, making necessary adjustments and repairs.
f. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any design or assembly-related challenges.

Skills

- Proficient in soldering large complex PCBs, wiring harnesses, and complete electro-mechanical devices used in oil and gas applications
- Strong experience with various solder types: Sn63, Sn96.5, Pb85, Pb93.5, Au80Sn20; expert in HMP and Gold micro-soldering
- Skilled in using a microscope for high-precision solder tasks;
- Ability to perform visual inspection and basic operations with a multimeter to identify and make necessary repairs or modifications;
- Accustomed to technical procedures: step-by-step instructions, work requests, BOM, electrical-mechanical schematics and prints, wiring diagrams, parts inventory
- Perform testing, repairs, reworks, or modifications to existing circuits.
- Identifying potential failures to minimize rejection.
- Diploma, higher NITEC Or NITEC in Mechatronics/Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- General mechanical/electrical knowledge with electro/mechanical device
- Should be able to read mechanical/ electronics schematics
- Work safely at all times, complying with health and safety and other relevant regulations, directives and guidelines
- Hands-on Experience in a Soldering environment with high-temperature boards
- Proficient in the use of basic hand tools, calipers, multimeter, computers and other basic electronics instruments
