This role will oversee product management team and directly reporting to Director of Engineering. The person must be able to speak English and Mandarin as he or she will also collaborate closely with the Engineering staff in China.

The person will work closely with key stakeholders from strategic development and sales, engineering and production. This person shall be well versed in communication and coordination, strategic and organized personality, proactive, experienced and skilful in managing a team. Experienced in engineering and equipped with product management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Secure and confirm customer requirements and operational profiles to communicate effectively with R&D / plant engineers and ensure successful system integration with other vehicle components.

· Offer technical assistance to clients on existing and new projects and products. Ensure customer satisfaction.

· Assign ownership and manage the company Li-Ion battery product portfolio (Commercial EV and Marine) in providing fast technical-commercial proposal (support) to BD & sales team for pre-sales activities, for APAC, EU and US.

· Updated with market competitors’ capability on product benchmarking, working closely with R&D and engineering team in Singapore and China team to achieve strategic goals.

· Working closely with Strategic Development and Engineering Director in market – product penetration, product development roadmap, in securing market leading position with right technology, right cost (ROI) and right timing, through strategic partnership and/or organic growth. · Achieve product standardization with core segmentation to achieve stronger product brands, better economic of scale and technological improvement.
