Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Navigation: Lead comprehensive market research initiatives to shape Durapower's forward-looking strategies for products, partnerships, and market positioning. Develop Business Plans to support strategic initiatives.

· Competitive Edge: Delve deep into competitor landscapes, dissecting strategies, product innovations, and market positioning to fortify Durapower's market leadership in battery sales, design, and system integration.

· Data Modelling Mastery: Curate, manage, and analyse databases, reports, and dynamic dashboards that encapsulate market dynamics, enabling strategic decision-making in our product and service evolution.

· Presentation: Develop and deliver highly professional slide decks to summarize key project information, strategic frameworks and secure internal or external buy-in.

· Collaborative Insights: Collaborate across teams, providing actionable recommendations grounded in market intelligence, crucial for optimizing our sales, design, and integration approaches.

· Strategic Projects: drive and support strategic initiatives from ideation all the way to execution, while ensuring a positive commercial outcome for the company.

· Industry Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor industry landscapes, assimilating and disseminating pertinent market updates and insights to adjust and adapt company strategic direction.

Requirements:

· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

· MBA preferred.

· Experience: A minimum of 5 years in strategic market research, competitive intelligence, consulting, or similar roles, preferably within the advanced energy sector, Automotive or Marine.

· Desired experience in IP licensing projects.

· Analytical Proficiency: Mastery in leveraging market research tools, adeptness in data analysis, and a talent for transforming complex data into actionable insights.

· Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate data-driven insights into robust strategic plans and recommendations tailored for lithium-ion battery products and services.

· Demonstrated mastery of PowerPoint slide decks including integration of strategic frameworks such as Porter 5 Forces, SWOT, Competitive Analyses, Blue Ocean analysis for data modelling aiding Go-To-Market strategy.

· Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to articulate findings and influence stakeholders within the advanced energy sector.

Job description

In your new role you will:

• Work as a technical expert in the fields of primarily on Natural Language Processing (NLP) / Large Language Models (LLMS), Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning (AI/ML) and present research findings to stakeholders internally and externally.
• Prove concepts, prototypes and implementations, mainly pertaining to the solutions and services in Business Analytics focusing on NLP
• Creating & developing NLP applications handling large corpus of data
• Working with data scientists and domain experts to design the AI workflow and deployment.
• Transform the prototypes into production with best practices (e.g.model development, model deployment, model management & monitoring).
• Maintaining, monitoring, optimizing the full life cycle of machine learning models in production (e.g. model results, performance, benchmarking).
• End to End operation support for AI solutions (Data Engineering &Modelling & Visualization)
• Establish, implement and maintain best practices and principles of machine learning engineering.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience for at least 3 years in NLP/AIML
• Strong understanding, conceptualizing & hands-on Work Experience in the field of LLM/Generative AI, Chatbots & NLP based applications
• Hands-on working experience in Classical Machine Learning, ComputerVision
• Extensive experience in Software Engineering & Development cycles(CI/CD) with proficiency in scripting languages & frameworks e.g.Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Sklearn.
• Familiar with microservice and/or big data technologies, e.g.OpenShift, Cloudera (CDH) & Experience in SQL and NoSQL Databases
• Working experience in cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure platform
• Understanding of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, and javascript frameworks
• Knowledge in Self Service Analytics Platform i.e. Dataiku preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute full set of purchasing process (Sourcing, RFQ, negotiation, shipping and follow up on deliveries)
• Review and purchase materials, components and equipment as drive by MRP
• Review and expedite with vendor on shortage materials and vice versa
• Coordinate with supply chain planning and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials/ components in order to meet production schedule
• Responsible for inventory management review and execute stocking rules preset by management periodically
• Liaising with logistics company for shipment arrangement, shipment status and custom declaration
• Managing suppliers to meet objectives in area of quality, delivery fulfilment and inventory control
• Responsible for documentation on purchasing activities (Vendor code set up, Purchasing Database maintenance, matching and submission of PO/DN/invoice to Finance)
