Roles & Responsibilities

The executive engineer is responsible for the design, diagnostic, testing as well as repair and overhaul of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the chillers and other related systems in support of our overall chiller manufacturing process. The engineer shall be required to independently plan, schedule, coordinate and optimize on-site and workshop activities and coordinate with the sales and marketing team where required.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, diagnose, test as well as repair and overhaul mechanical, electrical and electronic components of the chillers and other related systems

Spearhead digitization of existing chillers through selection, adoption and/or redesign of PCB & PLCs

Coordinate and liaise with internal production, sales & marketing team as well as external end customers, contractors and consultants on-site

Supervise and check suppliers’ works and/ or end customer requirements according to design drawings, specifications and regulation (local codes or relevant international design codes)

Check and ensure the equipment and material offered in compliance with the specification and drawings.

Generate engineering & electrical drawings with Autocad software

Issue documentation for electrical & instruments - block diagram, control philosophy, cause & effect control philosophy, power loading list, control panel general arrangement drawing

Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.

At least 4 - 6 year(s) of working experience in Electrical/Mechanical related fields is required for this position

Required Skill(s): Autocad, Microsoft Office

Required Certification(s): Licensed Electrical Engineer OR Licensed Electrical Technician

Required Spoken and Written Language(s): English, Mandarin

Preferably with class 3 driving license

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sales operation
• Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing
• Professionally handle high volume of inquires and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues
• Provide excellent support and customer-service
• Proactively sourcing for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
• Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed
• Coordinate projects and support lead manager. Ensuring projects are worked according to agreed plan and kept on schedule
• Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing
• Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders
• Attend frequent online/ offline product trainings arranged by vendors

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or related field
• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field
• Exposure to computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is preferred
• Ready for dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented
• Excited about the opportunity to develop consultative sales skills and aiding team to meet monthly targets
• Enjoying interacting and communicating with people, and maintain good rapport with our IT Business Partners
• Proficient in MS Office

Accounts Assistant (1 Year Contract)

Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Mon - Fri

Job Description:

• Issue and Review the invoices and credit note billed
• Review the list of open sales orders
• Review list of transactions recorded in the GL sales and GL cos
• Reconcile and review posted items
• Reconciliation Balance sheet
• Posting of daily Airway bills

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting
• Proficient in SAP preferred
• 1 - 2 years experience in accounting

Accountant (AR)

Working Location: Suntec Convention Centre

Working Hours: Office Hours, Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports for Management and Corporate Office
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Research and gather relevant data for financial management reporting
• Forecasting and budgeting to produce analysis of monthly results as directed by the Management
• Assist the management in financial statement audit and support the external auditors
• Assist in tender evaluation
• Support in financial analysis for capex projects
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance and tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent qualification
• 8 years of relevant working experience
• Full Set of Accounts Experience
• Experience in using ERP system
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
