Google Cloud provides customers a portfolio of fully managed open-source and commercial database services as well as innovative cloud-native databases developed by Google. In addition, the portfolio also includes popular third-party database services to meet the requirements of our customers.

In this role, you will be a subject matter expert on the Google database portfolio and help develop new solution initiatives and the materials to support a broad cross-functional group of internal stakeholders and partners. You will also engage with strategic customers to articulate the databases portfolio and help design and optimize the customers data management environment using Google Cloud databases. You will help ensure technical and commercial readiness of these solutions, including assets to enable go-to-market teams, and provide field feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to help shape product direction.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead customer database discovery and assessment workshops to identify and classify workloads and goals for moving to Google Cloud databases.
• Build reusable assets including sales/technical presentations, solution workshops, key win stories, and maintain competitive collateral.
• Provide guidance and training to field sales teams on identifying and prioritizing customer opportunities, create messaging and offers and help with agreement progression by mitigating blockers.
• Collaborate with product/solution teams and the solution architecture team to build use case specific assets and provide feedback on product enhancements.
• Work closely with the partner teams to build specialisation on the Google Cloud database portfolio, participate in partner-led customer events and assist partners in strategic customer opportunities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience with data management architectures including storage subsystems, high availability, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, security, monitoring and database management.
• Experience with relational, NoSQL operational database technologies, and data analytics solutions.
• Experience with database migrations for Operational Support Systems (OSS) database migrations and Oracle/SQL server to open-source databases.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) databases (e.g., Cloud Spanner, Bigtable, and AlloyDB).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience building product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept planning, execution and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of database solutions.
• Experience with data migration strategies and moving large scale production systems either in on-premise or data center environments or migration to cloud scenarios.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or professional consulting in the fields of data and information life-cycle management translating customer business needs into cloud centric solutions.
• Experience in a regional role with the ability to lead by influence in an ambiguous environment with experience building compelling value propositions and commercial proposals.

The project is an oral language proficiency evaluation on primary students. Specifically, the project is to provide an automatic interface to help primary students practice and improve in their mother tongue learning.

The primary responsibility of this role is to contribute to the delivery of an interactive multilingual language learning system. Objectives of this Role:

As a CQV Engineer, you will be responsible for the executing of Commissioning and Qualification tasks within a variety of small to large scale projects. You will ensure that the validated status of site facilities, utilities, equipment and processes is established and maintained in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and industry guidance/standards and provide expertise for the investigation and compliant resolution of non-conformances encountered during (re)qualification/(re)validation activities and site unplanned events.

Your assignments will vary from conceptual or basic design of new laboratories or manufacturing facilities to consultancy and advice on maintenance management and improvement of maintenance planning as well as technical audits. All work undertaken needs to be in accordance with the agreed budget, timescale, quality and performance criteria within the required procedures (health and safety, GMP, local and corporate standards). The CQV Engineer will develop CQV planning documents to manage CQV projects and generate and execute CQV protocols using Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). He will investigate and resolve protocol exceptions or discrepancies and develop technical reports and CQV summary reports. He also reads and verifies facility and equipment drawings (e.g., P&IDs, ), develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process workflows, Validation Master Plans, User Requirement Specifications, Turnover Packages, and other regulatory support documentation and performs risk assessments and impact assessments.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science or related technical field;

Qualifications

• Knowledge of requirements for a cGMP operations, including SOPs, Change Controls, Validation.
• Experience with developing and executing validation projects.
• Risk-Based Commissioning & Qualification approaches, such as ASTM E-2500 or ISPE ICQ, is considered an asset, but not required.

• Experience with commissioning and qualification of process equipment for aseptic fill-finish and pharmaceutical API and OSD manufacturing processes as well as food/ FMCG manufacturing processes are considered an asset.
• Previous Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience is mandatory for this role.
• Experience with Qualification or Validation of clean utilities, HVAC/ISO clean rooms.
• Experience with thermal Validation is considered an asset.
• Experience with preparation and execution of URS’s, DQ’s, RTMs, Risk Assessments, CPPs, VPPs, FATs, SATs, IOQs, NCRs, Final Reports.
• Lead teams of Validation staff, manage staff priorities, provide mentorship/oversight, help staff resolve issues. Leadership is considered an asset, but not required.
• Possess leadership skills, and be able to take initiative to lead projects, involving multiple stakeholders, departments, and varying complexity.
• Possess mentorship skills, to coach and develop junior and intermediate employees.
• Engineering or Science degree, preferably in Automation, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Chemical, Biochemical or a related discipline.

Job Purpose

The PE Manager is the primary relationship holder with key patient organizations and patient representatives at country level.

The PE Manager role ensures the implementation of the PE Strategy across the key development milestones. This includes managing and developing partnerships with patient organizations, ensuring patient community input into the Global PE and therapeutic area (TA) strategies and key country pre/post launch milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, plan and execute projects with patient organizations and NGOs in the strategic disease area.
• Support internal stakeholders to manage engagement and partnership with patient support groups and patient advocates for strategic disease area.
• Represents PE in the country cross functional team on PE topics, keeping country teams informed on key changes in the external environment related to PE (e.g. regulatory or payor policy changes related to embedding patient input into decision making).
• Drives the PE strategy & framework [5 Decision Point (DP) framework] implementation at Therapeutic Area (TA) country level and ensures local input into global TA PE strategies, disease-agnostic questions and decisions that need to be informed by patients.
• Collaborate with Communications, Public Affairs, Regulatory and Access functions (where relevant) to shape local advocacy strategy and to identify opportunities for partnership with patient communities in shaping the environment to address Healthcare (HC) systems issues.
• Partners with global / regional Communications & Engagement (C&E) colleagues and the cross TA functional team to identify the need, the resources, and the methodology for implementing disease awareness and mobilization campaigns.
• Drive capability-building initiatives for patient organizations and manage partnership with academia and research institutions.
• Implement PE methodologies to support the involvement of patient representatives in local regulatory and HTA decision making (whenever relevant).
• Drive PE to generate patient insights which could support the adoption of patient evidence in access and reimbursement local processes (whenever relevant).
• In collaboration with Medical Affairs, Clinical Trial and / or Access functions, drives patient input into any locally run clinical trials, Real World Evidence (RWE) generation or Cost of Illness and Burden of disease data generation (whenever relevant).

Ideal Background:

Education: (minimum/desirable): Minimum University Degree in related field

Languages: Local language required (oral & written). English is an asset

Job Summary:

Support the Microbiology Laboratory in SGBO Singapore QC for the establishing and maintaining
of Utilities Monitoring of the SGBO Singapore Facility in Singapore. Perform sampling and testing
under supervision, following written procedures and specifications, and in accordance with
Local/international regulations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Supports activities to establish and maintain a Microbiology lab in full cGMP-compliance.
• Supports activities to conduct/perform necessary sampling/test methods or compendia
  methods in the lab and site under cGMP
• Follows existing procedures and methods, and perform sampling/testing following routine activities :

 - HVAC Viable and Non -viable particle sampling and surface sampling

 - Pharmaceutical Water and Clean Steam Condensate sampling for Biological and

 - Chemical tests

 - Compressed Gases; Biological Chemical and Physical sampling and testing

 - Data compilation

 - Data evaluation and trending support

• Receives training and analyst qualification to perform sampling/testing under cGMPs.
• Follows the priorities for sampling/testing provided by lab management.
• Ensures sampling/testing is performed in a timely manner.
• Participates in Laboratory investigations.
• (after sample testing) Compiles test documents in a complete, accurate and consistent manner to ensure that samples, materials or products and intermediates have been tested, or inspected according to specification and cGMPs.
• Suggests optimizations of test procedures to improve efficiency whenever possible.
• Be able to explain, his/her area of work, in health authorities inspections and internal audits
