As a direct report to the Information Governance Lead within Data Protection, you will be a part of the team responsible for records and information management. As an Information Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Information Governance Lead along with a team of cross-functional cyber, privacy, engineering, and data protection analysts to define, implement, manage, and measure controls relating to records and information management in accordance with relevant geographical regulation, contractual commitments, and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilites

- Supports the development and implementation of the information governance program to support compliance with standards, guidelines, regulatory agency requirements, and state and federal laws across the globe.

- Participates in the development and maintenance of information governance controls and policies as necessitated by business needs and regulations.

- Participates in communication as an information governance liaison with legal, privacy, security, engineering teams, human resources and other business units’ management teams.

- Support the assessment and analysis of business units' adherence to information governance policies and processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify any compliance gaps and develop a path forward to compliance.

Qualifications

Your key responsibilities:

1. The Threat Respond (TR) Analyst supports the Global Security Operations Center from the APAC region. The SOC operates 24x7x365 in a follow-the-sun mode with distributed teams across APAC, EMEA and AMER.

2. The Analyst needs to monitor, investigate alerts and events escalated from the SIEM or other security channels. The scope of investigation includes in-depth log-file analysis and IOC correlation and taking threat containment actions when needed.

3. The role will also proactively search and identify patterns of compromise, emerging threats, evidence of breach and inconsistencies by analyzing historical data.

4. The role will be assigned projects on the design, creation and maintenance of cyber threat use cases to detect adversaries and malicious activities as well as automation use cases to improve efficiency of the SOC.

5. The role is part of the Bank's 24/7 follow-the-sun cybersecurity monitoring and response team providing immediate cyber security, triage, containment and incident management to protect the Bank. It involves:

• Performing shift work On-rotation weekend / public holiday work 7AM to 7PM (time off in-lieu will be offered)
• Earlier morning shift on weekdays (for ex 7am to 4pm) in rotation.

Your skills and experience:

• Min of 3 years of cyber security working experience in security operations, incident response, Vulnerability management, threat assessment and containment with 1 year working experience in an enterprise-grade SOC.
• Working experience with cyber security tools to perform proxy/web access/network/database activity monitoring as well as using End-point Detection Response tool to investigate/contain threats in endpoints.
• Working experience in investigating cloud security alerts and understanding of cloud infrastructure, operations and administering operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Proven experience in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash/Linux equivalent, Windows BAT scripts; software vulnerabilities, hacking techniques, exploits, malware and forensics.

Support teaching and learning in the following areas:

Job Description

You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team responsible for ensuring that IT solutions (both applications and infrastructure) are developed and designed with security inbuilt.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide security consultancy, technical guidance, expertise, solutioning and education for en-terprise.

•Advise application and infrastructure teams on application and infrastructure security design that is relevant and fit for purpose.

Job Description

You will be a member of the Group Information Security Team (Infosec) responsible for ensuring that readiness in compliance to PCI DSS and MAS TRMG for SIA group. This role is required to create, maintain and run PCI DSS and TRMG compliance program, and monitor business activities to assure the organization maintains its PCI compliance and TRMG certification.

Key Responsibilities:

•Understand the SIA’s business and the reliance on credit card payments/transactions

•Develop, maintain and execute an assurance program that ensure full compliance to PCI DSS and other card payment certifications

•Keep up with new developments in PCI DSS and TRMG and other related information security standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II) and assess the impact of such changes on organization.

•Work with respective Businesses to align operations and safeguards for the protection of payment information.

•Project manage and driving individual program priorities, deadlines and deliverables with stakeholders.

•Recommend and drive improvements to operations, processes and activities to ensure PCI DSS and TRMG compliance for the organisation.
