Based in Singapore, you will be part of the strategic layout of the company and manage the company’s legal portfolio, including:

IT Shared Services Support

Project Overview

The AMR IRG is an interdisciplinary community of biologists, engineers, and clinicians from MIT and Singapore, sharing a state-of-the art research facility and united by a commitment to providing a supportive intellectual environment where students and staff can learn, grow, and contribute to solving a pressing societal problem.

These tools will be used in a comprehensive study of all forms of RNA -- the ribonucleome -- and the >170 RNA modifications -- the epitranscriptome -- in disease pathobiology, host-pathogen interactions, biomarker development, and therapeutic target discovery.

Responsibilities

The Research Engineer will plan and conduct experiments with the aim of studying the roles of RNA modifications in human immunue diseases. The candidate will work primarily on cell culture, RNA isolation, and chromatography-coupled mass spectrometry analysis. 4）Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

5) Collaborate with distributors to create and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives.

6) Monitor distributor performance, providing feedback and guidance to optimize sales results.

7) Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors to ensure mutual benefits.

8) Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.

9) Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team.

10) Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings with distributors to strengthen relationships and promote our brand.

Requirements

1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.

2) Proven experience in channel sales, preferably within the chemical or related industry.

3) In-depth knowledge of the distribution model and experience managing distributor relationships.

4) Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia market and regional business practices.

5) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

6) Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the region.

7) As we plan to expand into the Southeast Asian market, we expect English proficiency; Knowing a Southeast Asian language is a plus.

8) Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

9) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Previous experience working with distributors in the Southeast Asia region.

What you will do

1. DFT architecture exploration & evaluation for next-gen process node & package technology of MediaTek:

• Scan chain insertion & ATPG pattern generation
• Pattern validation through simulation & silicon analysis(pass/fail, shmoo, fail log, etc.)
• Diagnosis to help manufacture process improvement

2. Co-work with SoC architect, RTL designer, physical design engineer, and package engineer to define best architecture for 3D-IC:

• PPA(Performance/Power/Area) impact analysis & mitigation via DFT innovation
• Develop & integrate DFT-related RTL design modules to test chip

What you will bring

1. Master's Degree in EEE/ EE/ CE
2. Expertise in Synopsys and/or Mentor DFT tools, and HDL simulators like Synopsys VCS
3. Fluency in script language including but not limited to TCL/Perl/Python
4. Experience about MBIST with state-of-the-art SRAM structure & EDA tools is big plus
5. Skill for RTL design & integration, and physical failure analysis(PFA) will also be plus
6. Ability to think and work independently with different teams
7. Interest in understanding more details in entire design flow
