What will my accountabilities be?

Market, BU, and Global Technology Alignment

Communication

· Proactively communicate the latest information to market leadership, providing updates on a regular cadence and facilitating their participation in global events, such as CIO meetings and GTRM summits.

· Deliver clear and effective communications regarding the annual planning process, technology pricing guide, and the latest technology standards.

Governance

· Guide governance processes with various organizations to make informed technology decisions, manage adjustments, and mitigate technology risks.

· Manage relationships and conduct regular reviews with 3rd party technology suppliers, ensuring effective governance.

· Contribute to the market quarterly business reviews and DL business reviews to provide valuable insights and support decision-making.

Job Description
This role is for a lawyer with a technology focus, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary. Your focus will be to support the business, operations, and tech teams on contracts with third parties (including with group entities) to support Trust and its customer value proposition. You will help with the overall strategy in these areas and be a key decision maker for the legal team. You will also be required to do the heavy lifting as an individual contributor on our lean and enthusiastic team. The Role Responsibility:

· First point of contact on legal team for the business for any third-party contracts (including with group entities), lead these contract negotiations, drafting, and suggest solutions whenever possible

· Coordinate workflow of contracts to be signed, including assigning contracts to others on the legal team

· Provide updates to the business on overall status of legal contract workstream

· Provide legal advice, drafting and transactional support to the business with a focus on third-party contracts and retail banking

Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking Supply Chain Procurement Solution Consultants to join our team. This position is based in Singapore.

The role involves:

• Responsible for showcasing robust business and technology delivery skills, deep understanding of the Sourcing & Procurement competitive landscape
• Responsible to generate sales and define creative solutions for clients and advocate strategic procurement solution offerings within and outside KPMG
• Gather requirements and ultimately setup a fully functional development, test, and production environment to deliver effective solution deployment scope to the client
• Responsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements
• Ensuring solution and design complies with the industry standards, processes and technical standards defined for the project
• Prepare the Business blueprint document as per the requirement
• Prepare the functional specifications and ensure delivery of objects as per the timelines
• Create configuration documents and training documents
• Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environments

The ideal candidate should possess:

• At least 8-10 years of experience doing solutioning and delivery for medium or large enterprise in leading procurement systems (e.g. Coupa) or equivalent Sourcing & Procurement suites
• Procurement solution architecture expertise, capable of acting as an architect and design for leading practice procurement solutions using Agile methodology and leading practices
• Experience outside of Technology initiatives on broader Supply Chain & Procurement Strategy and Operations projects will be an added advantage
• Able to interpret and convert technical requirements into Client proposal offering solutions that addresses business needs
• Able to understand adjacent ERP/ Supply Chain solutions and how they interface with the various leading procurement solution modules
• Deep industry focus in at least one of the following – Retail/CPG, Technology Media & Telecommunications, Financial Services or Life Sciences
• Experience across various functions of procurement product solution services: Procurement, Invoice, Expense, P2P, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Sourcing, etc
• Good written and communication skills
• A highly motivated individual, team player who has the aptitude to problem solve and ability to map customer business problems to pragmatic end-to-end technology solutions

Qualifications:

• At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, programming & systems analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and automation.
• Knowledge of security best practices and cloud security services.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.A Degree in one of the following: Accountancy, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Analytics, Information Technology or equivalent
• Experience in a relevant industry or consulting role. Management consulting experience gained through a Big 4 or boutique consulting firm is highly desirable

• Application packaging and deployment experience across DEV to PROD environments

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Dashboarding experience with Tableau / Power BI
• Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Consulting experience and background, including engaging directly with clients
