1. Maintain Strategic Communications GridsCoordinate regular updates to the various strategic communications grids, and perform data entry to prepare templates for submission or updates to the grids
   Liaise and follow through on administrative details for events which senior management are invited to attend or are attending; and to track and update assignment of speeches to speechwriters and status of speeches.
2. Social media monitoring
   Conduct analysis of social media sentiments pertaining to the policies and operations of the organization and ministry.
3. Training

• Support in facilitating sign-up for courses and training organised by IPS

• Perform audit on client’s existing processes and IT systems.
• Evaluate the overall setup and identify the main areas of risk by assessing client’s business process controls, application controls and IT controls and benchmark them according to regulation, standards and industry standards.
• Evaluate process and risk controls.
• Execute detailed investigations leveraging on a strong technical knowledge in various IT systems.
• Identifying opportunities to improve key controls across business and technology processes to clients.
• Preparing IT Audit written reports covering the audit findings (control issue/ gap) and propose corrective action plans to the management.
• Incident Response and Penetration Testing
• Vulnerabilities Testing
• Work on cloud and cyber security risk related projects on one or more leading cloud platforms in the IaaS
• Support in discussions with business and technology stakeholders to help develop and refine their cloud strategy in order to streamline their cloud journey and enable a secure and compliant cloud environment

About You

• A Bachelor’s Degree in information systems, computer science, accountancy or other related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Professional qualifications in CISA or CISSP will be advantageous

The Information Security Engineer, APAC role is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining various security solutions in the APAC region to address the Bank’s security requirements. Reporting to the Regional Chief Information Security Officer, APAC, this is a vital role for the Bank.

• Assist the Regional Chief Information Security Officer, APAC to drive the Bank’s security transformation agenda including implementation of security strategy and technology solutions for the region.
