This position is responsible for providing technical and IT support to the business units. The role included implementation, configuration and deployment of IT and security system.

• Consult with clients, vendors and personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and resolve issues.
• Administer and setup network data security, include Active Directory, group policy, password policy, audit trail log, firewalls, antivirus update, window hardening and security event log backup, etc.
• Able to read and understand system audit trail report and act to fix the problems.
• Prepare reports for purposes of planning preventive works, stock spare list, meeting minutes, cyber security report and daily works job sheet, etc.
• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
• Install and configure wireless networking equipment.
• Install and configure AT managed network switch, include VLAN configuration, trunk, Port management, POE power setting, CLE configuration, and IP routing.
• Configuration of IGMP Multicast streams and UDP and TCP/IP.
• Install and configure the Microsoft OS. VMware, Microsoft Clustering and Server Security Hardening. Provide monthly Microsoft Window Server/workstations OS backup and restoring. Clone the image of harddisk and to recover the system from backup harddisk when system failed using Acronis or other tools.
• Update Microsoft Window patch using online tools and offline patch update. (Microsoft baseline)
• Configure of SQL and manage of database include database repair, backup and restore.
• Understanding of cyber security, prevention, implementation according to IM 8 Singapore Infocom guide.
• Install and configure raid 1, raid 5, raid 6 and harddisk format. Recover any harddisk failure using disk management tools.
• Install and configure of SNMP and NTP. Able to use tools such as Netgain and master clock for devices monitoring and time sync.
• Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data, using specialized applications program software.
• Provide implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of systems, including, but not limited to client computing devices and servers.
• Provide training to new engineers and other training sessions as required.
• Able to coordinate, log cases and assist with other system specialist when they issue with their systems.
• To support CCTV and card access software installation, integration, and configuration.
• To troubleshoot VMS and ISMS application, software, and servers’ issues.

Summary Of Role

Solution Specialists provide deep expertise in a Service Line Practice Area to support the Client Engagement Team to close new and expansion opportunities with customers. They are actively involved in growing the service line's footprint and assisting the Client Partners to engage with clients and partners with service line opportunities. Solution Specialists are trusted advisors with a good mix of strategic and tactical management experience.

The Solution Specialist - Digital Process Automation will be responsible for expansion of our Digital Process Orchestration services footprint in the assigned focus accounts. The specialist will manage our sales pipeline, go-to -market offerings and expand our stakeholder footprint within the accounts. The individual will work with, and leverage, our consulting, advisory, technology CoE and solution delivery teams.

Role Responsibilities

• Ability to craft service offerings and provide thought leadership in the Process Automation and Orchestration domain.
• Manage relationship with account and sales stakeholders.
• Provide subject matter expertise to proposal development and overall solution.
• Support in identifying opportunities, making proactive proposals to client in line with account strategy
• Active involvement in pursuits to close new and expansion opportunities working closely with Client Leadership Team

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience of having worked with at least one of the leading platforms in the segment such as Appian, Outsystems, Pega, Unqork
• Good understanding of the market trends, key shifts, and opportunities.
• Understanding of Architectures and Development processes
• Experience supporting account teams and building collaborative relationships with external and internal partners.
• Business acumen, communication, and drive for results
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly matrixed environment.
• Cross functional IT experience including IT consulting, IT business systems analysis, business process re-engineering, development and implementation of large-scale systems, technical project management, sales/support, and customer relationships will be an added advantage

Automation Engineering Office (AEO) Digitalization Lead for end-to-end implementation of the following technologies for a brownfield Vaccine Manufacturing Plant

Process Analytical Technology, (2) RTLS, (3) Smart Authentication (Nymi Bands)

• Design Phase Responsibilities with Support from Cognizant SMEs for respective packages
• Responsible for working with Cognizant SMEs to develop the User Requirement Specifications and System Architectures for relevant work packages.
• Review / Prepare the design documentation for each package (includes URS, interface design, data architecture, system architecture, landscape design).
• Present the design in review meetings and obtain feedback. Work closely with stakeholders, EPCM and selected System Integrators to review detail design documents.

Procurement Phase Responsibilities

• Support the procurement activities by preparing tender documentation or SOW documentation and vendor selection.

This individual serves as a billable lead or consultant on Workday implementations and/or post-production services. The Manager, Consulting Services will also manage a team of Workday HCM consultants and routinely assist with sales and administrative activities.
