Responsibilities

• Provide hardware support for network, servers, storage, and client owned hardware under direction of client staff.
• Management of the media eradication and dispose process.
• Daily morning check and reporting of equipment hardware status (Visual check).
• Rack & install / removal of physical hardware.

Job Purpose

The Professional Officers Division (POD) houses a centralized pool of academic staff under the Professional Officers scheme. Professional Officers come with specialised and deep technical skills acquired through extensive industry experience.
