Technology Project Manager will be responsible for one or more of following functions assigned to him as required.

Shipyard repairs & dry-docking support

• Maintain updated list of OSM Thome standard docking jobs for all classes of vessels, concurrent with class and flag requirements.
• Assist Vessel Managers to finalise ship specific docking specifications.
• Monitor docking planning of vessels in the fleet and liaise with respective Vessel Manager to ensure docking and associated repairs are carried out within the relevant window.
• Liaise with shipyards to ensure availability of repair slots.
• Assist the Vessel Manager with yard bids comparison and yard selection.
• Assist Vessel Manager or attend vessels during the dry-dock repair period, as required.
• Provide quarterly analysis report on yard performance based on set KPI’s.

Planned maintenance systems

• Monitor functionality of the Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) for fleet vessels and provide solutions for the resolution of any issues and correction and improvement of database.
• Liaise with Vessel Managers and ship staff to ensure that the PMS program on each vessel is optimally utilized.
• Assist with the implementation of the PMS for new tonnage inducted into the Fleet.
• Ensure that the PMS are updated with new jobs as per the latest requirements from Classification Societies, Flag State Administrations, industry requirements, and sharing of best practices and experiences on the fleet.
• Provide PMS familiarisation and training to ship staff visiting the Office.

Vessel performance monitoring systems

• Monitor functioning of the performance monitoring systems for fleet vessels. Facilitate regular and easy monitoring of speed and consumption performance of fleet vessels.
• Liaise with Vessel Managers and ship staff to ensure that the performance monitoring system on each vessel is optimally utilized and to resolve any concerns.

What you will do:

As a Technology Risk consultant, your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at mitigating technology-related risks:

• You will be involved in end-to-end technology risk engagements; working alongside team members from various functions to overlay point-of-views (POVs) and industry insights via research and analysis; and formulate solutions and recommendations to address clients’ needs, challenges and risks.
• Support the assessment of technology risks and evaluate the design and operation of controls related to complex IT environments and systems against KPMG’s frameworks, regulatory and third-party frameworks; and assist in the development of risk-based IT internal audit programmes.
• Participate in the planning and execution of engagements; and close out engagements by producing high quality documentation and reports.
• Identify and communicate value-adding recommendations on technology risk and control management issues, as well as performance improvement opportunities for clients.
• Use advanced tools and technology to analyse and review data.
• Attend meetings with clients to define problem statements, analyse key priorities/issues; and collaborate with team members to conduct workshops, develop responses to client enquiries and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist the management team with business development activities, including formulating KPMG’s offerings and propositions, proposals, presentations and publications.
• Collaborate across global and advisory teams in technology consulting, cyber security, internal audit, and deals advisory to deliver holistic solutions and POVs to clients.

Who you are:

• Possess recognised tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Accountancy/Commerce/Business, or related disciplines.
• First-hand experience of 1 to 2 years in IT audit/assurance, or IT advisory; experience in any of the following areas will be advantageous: IT Risk and Compliance, IT Governance, IT Internal Controls, IT Audit.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CCSP or equivalent will be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of the system development lifecycle, information security, IT management, ability to learn emerging methodologies, technologies and new skills quickly.
• Self-motivated individual with inquisitive, innovative and resourceful mindset, able to work under pressure with changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrated interpersonal, organisational, presentation and report writing skills with attention to details.

Senior/Consultant (Manufacturing Science and Technology)

Responsibilities:

· Perform risk-based commissioning, qualification and validation service for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients on one or more of the following areas:

o Process Equipment

o CIP / SIP

o Process Manufacturing and related business processes including Quality Operations and Supply Chain Operations

o Method validation (analytical chemistry, biochemistry, microbiological)

o Enterprise system (LIMS, QMS)

· Develop risk assessment, system impact assessments, protocols and reports that support the qualification and validation requirements in the industry.

· Develop validation protocols using a science and risk -based approach that meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

· Review, analyse, interpret, and summarize system and process performance data of executed activities for report and presentation to management.

· Investigate deviations, write investigation reports and create summary reports.

· Exercise good judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Professional Skills and Experience:

· At least Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline such as Engineering or Science or with experience relevant to the Job Description. Graduates of related discipline may also apply.

· 3 or more years of experience in several functions in pharmaceutical industry: commissioning, qualification, validation, quality systems, quality operations, manufacturing, engineering, technology transfer.

· Foundational understanding of ICH Q7, Q8, ICH Q9, ISO 14644, ANSI Z1.4 and other regulatory requirements preferred

· Experience with investigations into manufacturing / laboratory deviations and determination of product impact potential, root cause and corrective/preventive actions.

· Knowledge of Validation Lifecycle approach (URS, FAT/SAT, commissioning, I/O/PQ Protocols, etc), guidelines, international regulatory requirements and other industry best practices.

· Preferred to have experiences in multiple CQV discipline (such as CIP, SIP, process, utility, equipment, automation, computer system, lab system), preferably with advanced technical knowledge in one or more discipline.

· Preferred to have experience interacting with or creating material for management and regulatory agencies.

· Ability to communicate quality and risk-related concept to technical and non-technical audiences

· Good organizational skill and ability to work independently

· Good written and oral communication skills, presentation, and data analytics with center of excellence

· Demonstrated ability to work as both a team player and independently

· Good organizational skills and ability to follow assignments through to completion and meet timelines with commitment to task and attention to detail

· For candidates from QC background, prefer to have experience in one or more of the following areas:

o Good Aseptic technique.

o Qualification of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and/or MODA-EM including an ability to troubleshoot the system.

o Designing and conducting test methods validation (sterility test, disinfectant test, etc.)
