Job Description – Service Technician

We are looking for a Service Technician in maintaining and managing system hardware and networks at customer site located over Singapore island to meet the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Service Technician shall report directly to the Service Engineer/Maintenance Lead (Reporting Officer (RO)) and Maintenance Manager (Approving Officer (AO)). Hiring shall be 1 year services contract via agent arrangement with option to extend or convert to direct outsource or permanent hiring.

Responsibilities

· Assist the RO in providing Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks.

· Provide update and feedback on PM & CM work including maintenance documentation such as PM & CM checklist and status update to RO for maintenance report consolidation and generation to AO for review and final release to customer.

· Attend to and conduct on-site CM to faults reported/raised by customer on an ad-hoc basis including I-level & D-level testing and troubleshooting on equipment.

· Perform on-site PM to system equipment based on planned scheduled including O-level testing and sensors calibration to ensure optimal operational performance.

· Work with OEM on fault findings on-site and off-site including D-level components repair by sub-contractor

· Convey updates to RO on maintenance tasks progress.

· Review with RO and AO on maintenance processes and resources etc. for maintenance improvement.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by RO/AO.

Requirements

· Holding recognised Professional Certificate such as Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical /Mechatronics/ Aerospace Engineering or equivalent from recognised institution; or at least 3-years working experiences in above mentioned engineering fields.

· Both local and foreigner as well as fresh graduate would also be considered.

· Advantage if have some knowledge and experience working with sensor, control, automation, and Information Technology (IT) system troubleshooting

· Resourcefulness and logical in problem-solving aptitude.

· Able to travel and work under non-conducive environment including site located at offshore island, buoys and in high security areas such as military base, and airport etc

· Ability to work as a team and occasionally independently.

· Ability to conduct on the job risk assessment and provide advisory to team member, RO and AO.

· Preferably holding a Class 3 driving license and familiar with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS).

• Provides day-to-day application support for reported production issues and resolve within the
• stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA) as per classified severity; not limiting to the following:

Required Background and Experience

• This particular type of candidate will have accumulated some form of generalist or broad knowledge in computing and networking, together with at least a generalist understanding of information security technologies, techniques, and processes.

Digital Forensics (DF), which is part of CSO, is a reactive team that responds to events or incidents in order to identify and mitigate risk to the Bank. Digital Forensics purview encompasses a wide breadth of incidents, which includes but are not limited to third party breaches, determining data exfiltration and anything else in-between. The Digital Forensics team are well trained and comprise of individuals with a number of different backgrounds, which range from law enforcement, consulting and from within industry. The Digital Forensics team has a vested interest in taking members of the team to the next level. Regardless of levels of experience, training and certification opportunities are commonplace and actively encouraged, as well as the empowerment to invest time in learning new and upcoming technologies that improve on the way that we respond to incidents.

What you will do

Not one day is the same for Cyber Security Operation (CSO) team and this is especially true for Digital Forensics (DF). Anyone working within the Digital Forensics team can expecting the following:

• Utilizing your extensive Digital Forensics and Incident Response experience to conduct and manage your individual caseload across the entire incident response or investigative lifecycle from start to finish.
• Discovering unfamiliar technology or data during the midst of an incident or investigation and assessing its relevance to the issues at hand, i.e., stored information, auditing capability, evidential value etc.
• Leveraging upon your ability to communicate, both written and verbal, in a clear, concise, and inclusive manner to technical and non-technical audiences with colleagues, peers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Embracing new and upcoming technologies and assessing how they could apply and improve on the way in which the team responds to incidents.
• Working alongside a global team with colleagues in the USA and Europe, whilst placing emphasis on collaboration and sharing of ideas and methodologies.
• Undertaking and sharing the responsibilities of working an on-call schedule so that the bank is well placed to respond to incidents or investigations when required.

Project details

Our Customer is a Leading bank in Australia that provides a front to back integrated platform for straight through processing and risk management.
This is a multi-year initiative where different projects run in concurrence under the program's variety milestones. These streams include new product initiatives, new entity roll-outs and regulatory compliances.

Looking for an experienced technical business analyst for the core Treasury IT team to delivery projects for the bank's treasury division for the business with focus on Commodities, FX, MM products.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Technical Business Analyst role looks after the business engagement, functional requirements, solution design, and some system configuration for delivery of the migration projects.
• The role will require engagement with relevant business stakeholders for the initiatives in the approved scope and then work closely with the delivery team as well as relevant Technology partners, to ensure timeliness and quality of the delivery.
• The role is hence expected to have excellent Business Analysis abilities, as well as the ability to project manage small to medium initiatives. This will involve leading implementation of regional roll outs in parallel with other sub-streams.
• The role requires engagement with risk, compliance and assurance teams and ensure that special consideration is given to local compliance requirements.
• The role would include an element of solution design and technical configuration of the Murex 3.1 platform in cooperation with relevant technical teams. Hands-on work on the application would be required.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of relevant Murex (and/or other Primary Trading System) Front Office experience
• Good/Expert knowledge of at least Commodities and/or FXMM (Risk and Pricing) implementation on Murex.
• Experienced in dealing with Risk, Product Control or Front Office stakeholders in Markets or Treasury divisions
• Good hands-on knowledge of FO configuration: instruments, generators, curves, market data , market conventions, etc
• Good understanding of FO modules: Simulation screens, Simulation Viewer, eTradepad, P&L notepad, market operations, etc
• Good knowledge of how to analyze P&L and sensitivity issues within Murex
• Knowledge of organization setup and User Groups / Access Rights

Responsibilities

· Assist Project Manager in project management, survey, managing site works, construction activities, monitor work schedules, update progress, planning and implementation in accordance to master work plan and scope of work within project budget.

· Provide guidance and supervision to contractors/ in-­house workers in relation to Electrical/ Structured cabling works in accordance to proposal for site build for cabling infrastructure, installation quality, and adherence to site work safety requirements and to resolve technical issues.
