We are looking for an engineer who is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, end-user support, and driving the adoption of M365 technologies.

• Manage, configure, and support M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related issues, providing 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Monitor M365 service health and escalate issues to Microsoft as required.
• Provide end-user support, guidance, and training on M365 tools and features.
• Configure and manage M365 compliance features, such as data loss prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, and information protection.
• Implement and manage security controls, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
• Participate in change management processes for M365 service updates and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business units to align M365 capabilities with organizational goals
• Support M365 migration projects, including data migration and system integration.
• Assist in the planning and execution of M365 adoption and change initiatives.
