• Plan all drawing request to meet the submission deadline
• On time delivery drawings, correct and accurate drawings
• Work closely with assigned PM on Autocad and Drawing Status reporting
• To attend site walk as and when required by the Engineers and Managers
• Ensure compliance with the relevant design codes and specifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience

To generate a pipeline quickly and effectively, achieving good discovery and qualification. Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in the technology sector/IT product based inside sales.
• Experience in pipeline building and lead qualification - Ability to drive revenue and expand client relationships in areas such as automation, robotics, and software solutions for industrial applications.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, passionate about technology, and capable of quickly learning new IT solutions.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automatic Door Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of automatic door systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards. Minimum of 1 Year Experience in the Automatic Door Industry is Required.

Basic Salary: $1600 - 2500/Month

Overtime Salary: $1000 - 2000/Month

Gross Salary up to $5k

• Installation: Install a variety of automatic doors, including sliding, swinging, and revolving systems, with precision and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, and repair mechanical and electrical components.
• Testing & Calibration: Test door systems for alignment, speed, and safety compliance. Calibrate sensors and control systems for optimal performance.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by educating clients on proper door usage and addressing their concerns promptly.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit detailed reports on installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Position Summary

To provide efficient after-sales technical services and support, including assembly, pre-delivery inspection, delivery, installation and commissioning, trouble-shooting, maintenance and servicing of equipment and its related parts.

Job Responsibilities

Technical Support, Quality and Service Standards

• Responsible for the successful completion of scheduled service jobs & ad hoc troubleshooting.
• Perform and complete all service jobs as assigned, ensuring equipment is in good condition before handing over to customer.
• Work in co-operation with supervisor, colleagues and vendors to fulfill job requirements and resolve technical problems in meeting the expectations of external customers.

Records and Documentation

• Responsible for recording and providing accurate and complete service reports upon completion of every service jobs or visits to facilitate follow up and/or warranty claim where appropriate.
• Prepare and upkeep all equipment related documents in accordance with the documentation system and procedure of Industrial Services.

EHS and Housekeeping

• To maintain proper housekeeping and discipline at workplace as well as the client's work site so as to improve operational efficiency, whilst maintaining the good image of the Company.
• To observe safety precautions and to execute correct engineering practices at all times so as to minimize risk to self and others as well as damage to equipment and workplace.
• Act responsibly at all times to comply with the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures and work instructions of the company.
• Able to produce Risk Assessment (RA) for related jobs at site.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma or in an Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in MS Office applications preferred
• Able to interpret Electrical diagram and knowledge on instrumentation & Control
• Fluent in both written and oral English
• Have good discipline and work attitude
• A good team player
