The primary focus of this position is the support the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. • Experience in a media analysis, research, journalistic, communications or related role, or working for a media agency, media analysis firm, a media measurement platform or think tank
• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Familiarity with the media market in APAC

• Experience drafting messaging materials; writing news summaries is a plus

Roles & Responsibilities

· Conduct daily toolbox meetings before start of work day

· Daily site walk inspections to ensure safety compliance

· Assist with job safety analysis, job instruction training, safe work procedures and method statements

· Conduct safety audits

· Manage the permit to work system and ensure rules and regulations are in accordance with relevant procedures
