We are looking to hire an IT Engineer to support Smart IMS and our client in Singapore. The incumbent should have past exposure / background on operations for desktop support experience.

Job Description

• In Office and Remote support for SMART IMS Offices.
• On-site and remote support for local clients and other Regions within APAC.
• Handle technical inquiries and provide tier 1 & 2 solutions.
• Provide IT helpdesk, desktop, and infrastructure support.
• Document all reported incidents and service requests via ticketing system.
• Provide on demand hands and feet infrastructure support for the region when necessary.
• Occasionally provide IT Support during non-office hours.
• Assist and train users to improve the user experience with various IT products.
• Assist with Install, move, add and change of desktops, servers and other infrastructure hardware.
• Report Preparation & Updates as requested.
• Maintenance of company databases and website.
• Responsible for supporting end user software such as M365, ATS, Video Conferencing (MS Teams) etc.
• Vendor Management and Support.
• Report Preparation & Updates as requested.
• Work with internal team for vendor hardware pricing, client support overview, sales pitches, and overall project support.
• Support SMART IMS Regulatory Advisory services.

Mandatory Job Requirements

• Higher diploma in Computing Science or other relevant disciplines.
• 5 to 10 years of desktop support experience
• Applicant with previous experiences in the banking industry will be an added advantage
• Experience on troubleshooting issue on Windows Desktop Environment, MS Office, Outlook, and network
• Experience in Data Centre support, cable patching and server mounting

Additional Job Requirements

• Candidate to have experience working with AWS technologies and M365 administration. Any of the below will be an advantage.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorming with the marketing and design team to come up with image ideas.
• Preparing and designing rough draft illustrations
• Defining any budget or time limitations.
• Creating complete illustrations by combining painting, hand-drawn and digitally created images.
• Refining image design using illustration software.
• Enhancing the design concept using a wide range of colors and graphics.
• Applying complex isometric techniques to add perspective to design shapes.
• Formatting final illustrations using CAD software.

Requirements:

Salary Range:

Sr. Lab IT System Programmer /Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support qualification of various IT system from (Lab/Shopfloor/ manufacturing )
• Provide IT support in configuration, system setup, vulnerability management, enabling DI controls etc. for New & existing systems.
• Review programmable code outlined in technical specifications for operating systems used.
• Supports DI assessment/remediation and inventory management of Automation and lab systems.
• Supports project lead to plan, schedule and execute project activities where applicable.
• Coordinates with vendor/extended team for execution and validation on various manufacturing systems & equipment’s.
• Supports Lab Operation Lead/Project leads to ensure effective project management, system qualification & operation support.
• Support network/system architecture assessment for Automation/Laboratory systems with adherence to IT policies.
• Provide hands-on support to system owners or vendors during configuration and system setup.
• Setup System administration controls (User management, System & Data Back-up management, DI controls etc).
• Support Retirement activities of the systems (Virtualization, Data restoration etc).
• Support all System Lifecycle documents associated with the system.
• Support cGMP risk assessments, user requirements & functional specifications, validation plans, protocols (i.e., IQ, OQ, PQ), traceability matrices, reports, addendums, decommissioning plans and other validation deliverables as required by the site validation SOPs.
• Work with Systems owner(s) to ensure the initiation and implementation of global change control activities are in accordance with site procedures

Requirements

• Strong relevant technical experience in the Pharmaceutical, or manufacturing-based industry, including IT or Automation Support
• Demonstrated capability in application of appropriate troubleshooting.
• Effective communication skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership behaviours in alignment with the Client leadership standards
• Able to work independently and prioritize work based on given timeline.
