Job Description:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the AV market, focusing on key industries such as corporate, education, healthcare, and hospitality.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing customized AV solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and service, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to position Convergint as a leader in the AV space.
• Prepare and present proposals, conduct negotiations, and close deals effectively.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solution-based business development or sales, specifically in the AV industry.
• Strong knowledge of AV products, solutions, and integration.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience in regional sales is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
