• Deploy, configure and integrate IT components and related border-control endpoints, including Hardware and Software.
• Part of integration team on site to troubleshoot, analyse and resolve issues through log analysis and hardware diagnostics.
• Perform integration testing on lab test benches & on-site.

• Generate reports and write documentation, e.g. business data reports, operation manual, test procedures and test reports.

• Familiarity with the following will be advantageous: -
• Management of SAN storage, NetApp storage and tape library
• Administration/Management of security tools, e.g. Antivirus, EDR, Windows Key Store, etc.
