Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate and complete activities related to the Digital Services team project work which deals with passenger facing systems i.e., IFS (Instant Feedback System) portal , B2B mobile application i.e., ONE Changi app for the airport community.
• Perform a variety of project management and operational support duties, including disseminating project information to project stakeholders, monitoring the achievement of project activities, engage vendors and systems integrators independently for project implementation, maintenance operations and system troubleshooting activities.
• Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related events. Organize project meetings and prepare the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas, and other meeting collateral. Transcribe and accurately record key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.
• Understand the relevant metrics, share analytical details which would be relevant to respective stakeholders. Able to work the direction of the project manager but perform the work independently. Seek assistance from more senior project team members to understand and solve complex project problems.
• Support the management of administrative tasks for the Low Code Development Platform across all hosted B2B applications on the CAG instance of that platform.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT related
• Candidates with 3-4 years’ experience in project management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience as a product owner and/or testing automation experience with large enterprise applications for comparable companies

• Formal training or certification on product management concepts and 5+ years of applied experience

• Experience in working in complex products in large global banks across multiple products and regions

• Balanced digital skills across Product, technology and digital skills

• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

• Hands-on practical experience driving product design and delivery through the SDLC life cycle from ideation through launch and support

• Previous experience with Agile software development (or related experience)

The primary focus of this position is the support the maintenance of the human resource management system (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences.
