• Member of an in-house AI and data science development team that works on AI (including areas in generative AI, autonomous agent, NLP, computer vision and recommender system), mathematical optimization, game theory, and experimental design.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to create impactful and intelligent features/services in AI, data science and data analytics. Propose and build scalable ML/DL solutions. Executive Assistant/Secretary (Technology)

We are representing a global leader in the Technology industry in search for an Executive Assistant to support the team.

Job responsibility

• Perform full spectrum of secretarial and business support to senior management
• Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, staff, business partners and external parties
• Perform administrative duties such as travel, accommodation, meal arrangements, expense claims, documentation, etc.
• Provide hospitality to business partners and visitors
• Perform research on various topics
• Assist senior management on personal and family related matters
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 2-5yrs relevant experience in MNC and tech, hospitality or airline industry preferred
• Fast learner with excellent planning, time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines
• Positive working attitude, proactive and resourceful
• Flexible and adaptable to working hours and environment, able to travel when required
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with people
