The End User Computing (EUC) team in SIA provides IT services for all SIA Group employees in Singapore and Overseas. We are looking for an experienced professional with relevant experience to be part of the EUC team and play a significant role in modernizing our enterprise authentication system. This position also offers significant opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our security posture by enabling Multi factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.

Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain a robust enterprise authentication system with a focus on Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO).

•Evaluate and assess various solutions available in the market and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoC) to determine the best fit for the organization.

•Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and improve authentication mechanisms.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall security strategy.

•Develop and execute a comprehensive migration plan to transition users to the new MFA solution.

•Implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruption and ensure a smooth transition.

•Define standard and create authentication patterns for application integration.

•Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SSO integration, ensuring optimal performance.

Required Skills

Job Description

Your role as a Senior / Digital Innovation Technologist is to drive the development of digital ideas submitted by SIA Group staff and through the BUs through DIL innovation programs to deliver impactful business outcomes and support the building of an innovation culture in SIA Group. The role includes the following:

1. Digital Innovation / Technology Development and Support

- Managing the ideation and prototyping process for digital ideas submitted by SIA Group staff and BUs, employing the build-measure-learn concept:

o Manage the ideas pipeline, evaluate, groom, and validate ideas submitted

o Validate ideas/prototypes through various means such as interviews, user testing

o Partner with SIA Group staff and/or BUs to drive the articulation of impactful problem statements and design low-fidelity prototypes or wireframes for validation

o Evaluate, engage and supervise the internal development resources, start-ups and/or technology partners to build high-fidelity prototypes

o Prepare and assist staff with pitches to senior executives/management and key stakeholder

o Perform overall project management for qualified ideas from prototyping through the MVP stages

- Design, set up and institutionalise the technology development standards, practices and processes for ideation, prototype and POC solutioning, put in place and manage the requisite digital toolboxes and sandboxes (hardware/software) in KrisLab to support such developmental and solutioning efforts

2. Partnership Engagement to drive technology development

- Facilitate discovery of new and emerging technologies, articulate relevance and contextualise use cases to BUs

- Coordinate with external open innovation communities and partners (e.g. Institutes of Higher Learning (IHL) research institutions, incubators and accelerators, VCs, etc.)

3. Business Engagement to drive corporate innovation and intrapreneurship

- Develop strong relationships with BUs and IT to establish deeper understanding and better articulation of business opportunities, customers’ and business pain points, immediate and longer-term business pain points and challenges

Required Skills

· A degree in a technology related discipline, preferably with good project management experiences applying Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean Start-up methodologies

· Results-focused, execution-oriented, proven track record in executing projects

· Practical development experiences with programming in languages, e.g. JavaScript, Python and their related frameworks

· Fast and independent learner, proactive and willing to pick up new technical skillsets

· Good grasp of technologies (e.g. Augmented/Virtual/Mixed Reality, Internet-of-Things, 5G, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Blockchain, Metaverse) and their use cases

THE INTERNATIONAL RUBBER STUDY GROUP (IRSG)

The International Rubber Study Group (IRSG) is an intergovernmental organization with the main objective of improving the transparency of the world rubber markets and strengthening international cooperation on rubber issues. The IRSG is the biggest worldwide community in the rubber economy. The IRSG is recognized as an international body through the negotiation of a headquarters agreement with the Government of the United Kingdom in 1978. The IRSG has 34 member governments, including the European Union (27 countries), Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, Russia, Cote dIvoire, Nigeria, and Cameroon. Subsequently, a new headquarters agreement with the Government of Singapore was signed in 2008. The IRSG Secretariat is based in Singapore.

The mission of the IRSG is to be the world’s authoritative source of statistical data and forecasts for all aspects of the world rubber industry, including production, consumption, and trade in rubber and rubber products. The seminal purpose of the secretariat is to prepare current estimates and forecasts of future supply and demand trends while undertaking statistical and economic studies on specific aspects of the industry to continually improve its value-added service to stakeholders. Furthermore, as the only intergovernmental organization bringing together the world’s rubber-producing and -consuming stakeholders, the IRSG strives to provide an effective forum for the discussion of matters affecting the supply and demand for synthetic rubber and natural rubber.

(A) JOB DESCRIPTION

The position reports directly to the Secretary General. The Software Development (SD) and Information Technology (IT) Manager supports the IRSG secretariat’s IT infrastructure and is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the IT network, computers, and other digital systems while supporting and enhancing the IRSG's cybersecurity posture. The IT Manager is the head of the Software Development (SD) and Information Technology Unit and is responsible for IT support delivery as well as cyber risk management strategy and planning. The Software Development (SD) and Information Technology (IT) Manager also supports the Economics and Statistical Unit in developing and implementing software applications to be deployed in analyzing "big data" for econometric forecasting of IRSG publications.

(B) SUMMARY OF KEY FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Within the limits of delegated authority, the software development and information technology manager is responsible for the following duties:

§ Day-to-day monitoring, technical support, and planning of all aspects of the IT network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/wireless network).

§ planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the overall IT efficiency of the secretariat and the cyber security measures for the protection and efficient operation of IRSG data, systems, and networks.

§ ensuring that the IRSG data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls and responding to all system and/or network security breaches, including mitigating any damages.

§ Testing and identifying network and system vulnerabilities as well as the aptitude to demonstrate great awareness of cybersecurity trends, including relevant legislation and regulations, hacking techniques, and best practices on responding to and mitigating any damage caused by cyberattacks.

§ Contributing to and developing cybersecurity strategies that are in line with best practices and providing necessary training and awareness-building activities for IRSG secretariat staff as well as any relevant stakeholders will make IRSG more secure and less likely to fall victim to a cybersecurity event such as a breach or intrusion.

§ establishing, managing, and administering ICT security policy and procedures to ensure preventive and recovery strategies are in place and minimize the risk of internal and external security threats.

(E) EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

An advanced university degree (Minimum of Bachelor's degree and preferably a Master's degree) in computer science, information systems, information technology (with a specialization in software engineering) or a related field is mandatory. Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SANS, GIAC, CEH, etc. will be an added advantage.

A minimum of one to three years of progressively responsible experience in planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer information technology systems or related areas is required.

Experience in the administration of IT infrastructure, including network servers, web servers, virtual private networks, firewalls, and wireless services, is required, as is the ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for the design and planning of network communication systems. Strong competence in developing and implementing software applications to be deployed in analyzing "big data" for econometric forecasting is mandatory.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment is a must. The Data Center Facilities Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our data centre infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility's operation, including power, cooling, fire protection, security, and environmental controls. Other responsibilities include managing data center floor space and security. You will also lead a team of outsourced technicians and contractors, to manage projects, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key objectives are to:

•Maximize uptime: Ensure the data centre infrastructure meets the required availability levels and minimizes downtime, preventing outages, service and data loss.

•Maintain system redundancy: Implement and manage redundant systems for critical infrastructure to ensure smooth operation even during maintenance or unexpected events. Ensure maintenance regime is adhered to and any arising gaps remediated in a timely manner.

As a CQV Engineer, you will be responsible for the executing of Commissioning and Qualification tasks within a variety of small to large scale projects. You will ensure that the validated status of site facilities, utilities, equipment and processes is established and maintained in accordance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and industry guidance/standards and provide expertise for the investigation and compliant resolution of non-conformances encountered during (re)qualification/(re)validation activities and site unplanned events.

Your assignments will vary from conceptual or basic design of new laboratories or manufacturing facilities to consultancy and advice on maintenance management and improvement of maintenance planning as well as technical audits. All work undertaken needs to be in accordance with the agreed budget, timescale, quality and performance criteria within the required procedures (health and safety, GMP, local and corporate standards). With your extended experience in CQV engineering and preferably project management you would be considered a great and valuable asset to our company.

The CQV Engineer will develop CQV planning documents to manage CQV projects and generate and execute CQV protocols using Good Documentation Practices (GDPs). He will investigate and resolve protocol exceptions or discrepancies and develop technical reports and CQV summary reports. He also reads and verifies facility and equipment drawings (e.g., P&IDs, ), develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process workflows, Validation Master Plans, User Requirement Specifications, Turnover Packages, and other regulatory support documentation and performs risk assessments and impact assessments.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science or related technical field;

• Solid engineering (5-7 years) experience with specific experience within (bio) pharmaceutical (or related industries) and GMP is desirable; junior with a minimum of 2 years is welcome to apply.

• Proven experience in projects coordination, engineering and CQV for bio process equipment and process support systems.

• Lead the development of key qualification deliverables during the project lifecycle to ensure project is well defined, and the action plan to test the system is applicable and relevant.

The Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) Centre invites applications for Postdoctoral Associate positions in the area of crystallization science and particle engineering. •Relevant certifications in core data centre networking (e.g. Cisco), DC SDN (e.g ACI, VMWare), Firewall (e.g. Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet), GTM/LTM (e.g. F5), Cloud Provider (such as AWS/Azure) and Automation (e.g. Ansible) are preferred

As a University of Applied Learning, SIT works closely with industry in our research pursuits. Our research staff will have the opportunity to be equipped with applied research skill sets that are relevant to industry demands while working on research projects in SIT.

The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver on an innovation research project where you will be part of the research team to conduct applied research in the topic of robust AI for autonomous driving perception. Detailed research tasks include physical-space adversarial example attacks, applying redundancy and diversity of deep neural networks to harden object detection and semantic segmentation, as well as maintaining the real-time performance of the hardened AI computing on embedded GPUs (NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin). RGB camera and LiDAR will be the main sensing modalities to be studied.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the research project with Principal Investigator (PI), Co-PI and the research team members to ensure all project deliverables are met.
• Undertake these responsibilities in the project:
  1. Work with the research fellow, collaborators, and the industry partner to conduct the applied research
  2. Develop the prototype for testing
• Carry out Risk Assessment, and ensure compliance with Work, Safety and Health Regulations.
• Coordinate procurement and liaison with vendors/suppliers.
• Work independently, as well as within a team, to ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

Job Requirements

• Have relevant competence in the areas of Deep Learning/Computer Vision
• Have a Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science/engineering or related disciplines
• Knowledge of autonomous vehicles or cyber security will be advantageous
• Hands-on experiences with computer systems
