The Role

About the role

• Create and share company job postings and branding content (such as simple posts and videos) on social media and community platforms to attract potential candidates.
• Promote company culture and enhance employer branding within the industry.

Requirements

• Must able to work in Singapore or Malaysia.
• 1-2 years of recruitment experience in the Web3 industry.
• Proven experience with research/sourcing tools (ie. Boss, LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing techniques)
• Strong understanding of the web3 industry and its hiring landscape.
• Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
• Experience in employer branding through social media and community platforms will be a plus
