1. Design, Develop and Maintain device drivers for Windows Operating Systems

2. Undertake WHQL testing and certification of drivers and device frameworks.

3. Design, Develop and Maintain User Libraries and DLLs.

4. Participate in all phases of SDLC and prepare corresponding documentation

5. Undertake porting and maintenance of existing drivers to new frameworks and OS’s

6. Resolve defects reported by internal and external customers

7. Collaborate with USB host & device firmware development teams.

Knowledge and skill requirements:

1. Degree/Master’s in computer science/Engineering or related field.

2. 5 years or above experience in the area of device drivers development, preferably USB

3. In-depth understanding of WDM and KMDF frameworks, multi-threading and DLLs

4. Excellent C Programming Skills.

5. Professional attitude to work and meticulous in coding and testing

6. Must have participated and experienced in SQA processes.

Good to have Skills:

1. C++ / .Net / Python Programming Knowledge is a plus.

2. Knowledge of USB2.0 and USB3.0 protocols and USBCV is a plus.

3. Knowledgeable in WinUSB / libusb (Windows or Linux) is plus.

4. Embedded development experience in WinCE, MacOS, Android or Linux is a plus.

5. Experience working with hardware boards, scope and USB analysers is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• ATE Test Program Design and Development for new products (Production and Characterization Test)
• Design/Develop Final Test Loadboard and Wafersort Probecard
• Perform Characterization Testing, prepare test specifications, define tests, conditions, criteria, etc.
• Solid digital and mixed-signal programming experience on ATE using C++/VB language, and scripting
• Monitor and manage production test yields, maverick lots, engineering lots, product test log maintenance, product data statistical process, characterization data process.
• Hands-on test debugging, RMA analysis, and improving test solutions (Hardware and Software)
• Establish cost-effective production test solutions
• Develop team technical competency.
• Build product test plan, schedule, resources requirement and project tracking and execution.
• Conduct product test and releases review, approve the test program releases.
• Maintain and improve the product test process.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
• Minimum 5-yrs ATE Test Program Development (C++ and/or VB)
• Experience in Test HW Development (Loadboard and Probecard)
• Good knowledge on manufacturing process (fab, packaging, test)
• Hands-on development experience is a must with Teradyne J750 ATE testers, IG-XL test programming
• Hands-on development experience with Chroma and other main stream testers.
• Project management skills and experience in people management.
• Liaison with factories in China and Taiwan is required, knowledge of Mandarin is essential

Preferred: Knowledge in AEC Q100 automotive qualification guidelines, experience in the automotive test flow, AEC Q100 data analysis, wafer and FT lot process.

Responsibilities:

- Full lifecycle development from design to mass production of backend semi-conduct equipment with high speed and high accuracy, including:

- Design requirements collection and analysis

- Conceptual design and verification, proof of concept

- Detaile design, 3D modeling (Solidedge/Solidworks…), 2D drawings

- CAE of vibration, thermal, fluid…

- Procurement of prototype parts from internal and external sources

- Cooperate with production on fabrication, assembly and testing, create assembly and test procedures for mass production

- Address and resolve product issues, continuously improvement of product

Requirements:

- Bachelor and above level degree in mechanical engineering,

- Proficient with solid CAD, such as Solidworks, Solidedge, ProE

- Proficient with CAE tools such as ANSYS, Solidworks simulation

- Self-motivated, autonomous learning of mechanical engineering fundamentals on high performance mechanism, including

- Vibration theories, vibration measurement, isolation and damping

- Static mechanics, dynamic mechanics, structural mechanics, materials, heat transfer theory, fluid dynamics

- Solenoid and pneumatic components selection

- Tolerance analysis

- Fabrication methods, DFM, DFA

- Fresh graduates with relevant experience are also welcomed

- Be able to travel abroad for business trip and able to work in a multicultural

environment and with people at all levels

- Proficient in written and spoken English

- Able to speak fluent Mandarin would be an advantage (to liaise with Chinese

speaking associates)
