What you can expect

The areas of focus for the Technical Analyst includes Event Management, Incident Management, and Level I triage of networking with a primary focus on network change oversight and stability. Network exposure will include (but not limited to) routing & switching, perimeter security, traffic management, content inspection infrastructure, and emerging technologies such as Software Defined Networking. The Quality Department plays a very important role in Cyrus in maintaining the quality management system and driving quality improvements to deliver high quality products for our customers. You will be working closely with the Assistant Quality Manager on Quality Management System (QMS) and suppliers’ management.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:
