• Site Product Manufacturing and Release Support. Provide front line support to the product manufacturing process analytics, release testing and working with the QC teams (internal sites), or in close collaboration with CDMO Analytical Expert counterparts, focusing on the testing methods for each batch, their release on time and in compliance with the batch and analytical procedures instructions and quality requirements.
• Qualification & Validation. Support the execution of analytical methods qualifications and/or validations, re-validations, Annual Monitoring Batch (AMB) and short-term improvement projects, liaising with all the relevant parties at shopfloor (internally) or CDMO manufacturing team (externally) to ensure accurate execution. Review and ensure that qualification / validation protocols and report are technically correct and in compliance with all applicable international guidelines and requirements. Ensure protocols are executed, as intended.
• Technical improvement execution. Execute analytical methods improvements and support methods development for additional product and/or process related characterization studies.
  Ensure that process technical batches generate sufficient analytical methods knowledge by thoroughly testing critical variables (e.g., DOE, QbD, PAT).
• Primary packaging closure assessment during changes. Drive the qualification and/or validation of primary packaging materials testing methods including the design of container suitability studies for the assigned product(s). Evaluate and ensure, in case of packaging change, that the primary packaging closure - including materials - are sufficient to ensure stability of the product and do not deteriorate quality.
• Assure consistency of Analytical Testing Procedures. Ensure that all critical and significant parameters are within written Instruction (e.g., Testing procedures, Validation Plan), sufficient and appropriate for the product. Derive in collaboration with the internal sites (QC team) / CDMO analytical team, the upper and lower control limits for each product analytical methods (where relevant), as part of the CPV program launch for all products
• Deviation, Out of Expectation, Out of Specification, complaint handling. Lead and/or support the GPS organization with all product and process related analytical investigations and deviations including complaints, Out of Expectation, Out of Specification, in partnership with internal / external site analytical teams. Use scientific and statistical knowledge to analyze data to provide process understanding, and to identify root causes of product and process failures.
• Annual Product Reviews and Product Quality Reviews. Be highly knowledgeable of product and process trends by providing input to Annual Product Reviews and Product Quality Review for analysis and for driving process technology innovations. Be a resource to other departments as Subject Matter Expert for the product and process knowledge.

Requirements

• BSc. In Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent scientific degree. Desirable MSc. or equivalent experience.

The Service Delivery Leader will support the network infrastructure across 12 different markets in the APAC region. He/She is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of network services to internal bank customers. This role acts as the primary liaison between the network engineering/operations teams and the commercial/procurement functions to ensure seamless service delivery, vendor management, and lifecycle management of network assets. You will lead a high-performing team to execute the strategy, manage financial and commercial aspects, and handle procurement of network circuits, pipes, switches, and other essential components.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years++ of experience in service delivery, or commercial/procurement roles, preferably within the financial services or banking sector. A strong understanding of network technologies, vendor management, procurement processes, and financial management is essential.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy

• Lead and inspire a team of network infrastructure professionals across the APAC region.
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with our business and IT goals.
• Collaborate with senior IT leaders to ensure our network infrastructure supports business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Service Delivery Management

• Manage the lifecycle of network components, from planning to decommissioning.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for security, performance, and reliability.
• Coordinate with the operations team to maintain high availability and performance of network infrastructure.
• Network Changes and Upgrades: Collaborate with network engineering to plan and execute network changes, upgrades, and projects.
• Document network configurations, processes, and procedures, and maintain network asset inventories.

Contract and Vendor Management

• Lead contract negotiations and manage relationships with network service providers and hardware vendors.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget adherence.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure SLA compliance and prompt issue resolution.

Financial Management

• Develop and manage the network infrastructure budget, ensuring efficient resource use and cost control.
• Provide financial reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting variances and recommending actions.

Risk and Compliance

• Identify and mitigate risks, including security vulnerabilities and service disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive initiatives to enhance network performance, reliability, and security.

Transition Management

• Act as a bridge between project and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Develop strategies for seamless handovers of new or upgraded infrastructure.

Inventory Management

• Oversee the inventory of network components, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain detailed records of circuit ownership for accountability and proper management.

· Design and implement sales strategies suitable for the Southeast Asian markets based on the company's strategic positioning and development plans, provide professional advice to management on market positioning, product strategy, and business models.

· Build and manage the sales team, set annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets, provide sales training and guidance to team members and relevant departments, and lead the team to achieve the company's overall sales goals.

· Regularly track the sales team's performance, analyse sales data, identify trends and issues affecting performance; prepare performance reports, update management on sales progress, and offer improvement suggestions.

· Establish and refine the company's sales management systems and processes, building the initial sales framework and operational mechanisms.

· Conduct regular market research, analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in customer needs to support sales strategy with data.

Job Requirements:

· 8-10 years of sales management experience in the SaaS software, IT, or internet industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

· Familiar with Southeast Asian markets, with a preference for experience in building teams from the ground up in a startup environment.

· Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for majors in marketing, business management, or related fields.

· Proficient in using mainstream CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), with strong data analysis, strategy development, and execution skills, and adept at using data to support decision-making.

· Strong team leadership and project management experience, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English to liaise with China associates.
