About the Department Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations. Job Responsibilities Contribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and work actively to acheive KORIs. Work actively with Team Heads to acheive satisfactory audit review of all daily processes. Work actively with Team Heads to support new product/services launches of business units. Work actively with Team to met SLA turnaround time for daily processes. Actively participate in process streamling initiatives/training/conversion/Audit/UAT/Biz simulation/Mock Run/BCP/IT DRP etc. Work actively with Team Heads to ensure compliance of KRSCA and risk control descriptions. To process, check, verify and review the completeness and accuracy of data inputs for loan drawdowns, disbursements, redemption/cancellation of credit facilities. Review and checks that all security documents are properly executed and securities are pledged/collaterised to the bank for activation of facilities. Ensure lodgement of securities with SDCD via Bank's CDMS system. Ensure completeness of loan documentation before drawdown & disbursement of loans. Ensure compliance with Bank's policies and procedures, credit processes, operational controls and audit requirements. Ensure strict compliance with Banking Secrecy guidelines, Bank's internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Ensure adherence to Bank's operating procedures and compliance with internal policies and guidelines of all loan transactions. Assist department on adhoc projects or attend adhoc project meetings for new product development, new or enhancement of systems and or operational procedural changes Job Requirements At least 2 to 5 years of banking operation experience in company credit and loan operations. Relevant experience in credit control, credit compliance review per credit policies, security documentation and perfection review per legal guidelines, legal conveyancing, facilities limit management and collateral processing. The primary focus of this role is to understand and elicit business requirements from Business Leads and SMEs across various business units and provide IT solutions to address the requirements. Maturity and ability to manage senior stakeholders in a challenging environment is a key prerequisite. Role must have a good understanding of technology capabilities and business functions. Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Owner and Business Leads to facilitate and elicit requirements from business stakeholders or SMEs. Lead discussions, propose solutions that meet business requirements and explain how the solution addresses the business requirements. Solutions cover technical implementations or/and operational changes. Groom User Stories or prepare Functional Specifications Document (FSD), to document the IT solution, along with the delivery of Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Acceptance Criteria. Validate IT solutions with technical and architecture teams, and ensure specifications are properly understood by delivery team. Collaborate with Project Manager/Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, Tech Lead, Developers, and Architect teams to ensure the solutions are delivered through the IT application implementations. Support delivery team during the execution phase in clarifying queries pertaining to the FSD or BRD or User Stories. Where necessary, re-engage business SMEs to revise requirements and/or for the acceptance of alternative solutions, due to design or implementation constraints encountered. Lead as Quality Assurance manager to define the test strategy and approach and provide clarifications to queries during the testing phase. Review or provide test artifacts like test plan, test scenarios, test cases and data. Support in the triaging of defects to categorize their criticality and prioritize defect fixing where necessary. Prepare training plans and user manuals; and conduct trainings to users before system launch, and provide close support to system users in the adoption of the new system. Work with the various business stakeholders and supporting technology teams in solutioning and submission of business papers for sponsor approval, including budget estimation, resource requirements and RFP preparations and evaluation. Produce Project Proposal to senior stakeholders for endorsement and funding for project execution. Qualifications Requirements At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent in a similar discipline. Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, with strong ability to manage and align expectations of senior level business stakeholders across different business units to accept solutions proposed by project team. Proficient in visual modeling and documentation of user stories, use cases, business processes, data transformation logics and user interfaces. Experience in data modeling with good knowledge of system engineering concepts, data and information structures in system applications and database design. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, Able to adapt and respond quickly to changes. Strong delivery mindset with experience in iterative analysis, design and various delivery methods (Agile, SDLC). Domain knowledge in at least one of the following: Front, middle and back office transaction processing and related business processes. Investment portfolio reporting or exposure to various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, options, derivatives. Client lifecycle management (onboarding, maintenance) Client due diligence (KYC) compliance and FATCA/CRS reporting Degree in computer, mathematics or financial discipline preferred.
