We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with 0-1 year of experience who is eager to support operational product management tasks and product marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Listening to clients’ concerns and handling complaints and returns

• Keep track of clients’ membership status, order status and prepare agreements/ contracts.
