In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a group of system engineers and drive the adoption of enterprise technology solutions for monitoring, reporting and batch processing.
• Ensure the day-to-day operations of the monitoring , On-Demand and TWS infrastructure, identifying anyneed for preventive or remedial maintenance such as fine-tuning and capacity planning.
• Provide/maintain interfaces between monitoring, reporting, and batch service level management and assetmanagement tools.
• Provide 3rd level support to colleagues from system and application support areas in context ofincidents and problems identified or raised by the monitoring, reporting and batch facilities.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve issues in the area of system and application monitoring, reporting and batch using troubleshooting tools and techniques and referring to external vendors.
• Analyse and perform migration of systems/applications central monitoring, reporting and batch environment in accordance with established procedures, in order to ensure proper service availability
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation related to the monitoring, reporting and batch infrastructures including SOP, guides and other relevant technical and process documents
• Transfer knowledge to colleagues and ensure sufficient documentation is available for tasks tobe assigned to first and second level support
• Support Continuous Improvement process on the tools and processes implemented.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in Infrastructure monitoring, reporting, batch and service reliability in a large scale enterprise environment
• Experience working with Infrastructure tools such as TWS, Zabbix and Ondemand
• Experience in automation tools and process optimization
• A strong foundation in Infrastructure concepts covering servers, virtualization, networking, etc.

Job purpose:

This position is part of the Asia information Security and Data Protection function in Singapore with focus on information security and third-party risk management.

Key activities:

• Assisting the Head of Information Security Asia in implementing and maintaining the Group's information security strategy, policies, and procedures to manage cyber and Third-Party Information Security risk and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assessing the security posture of third-party vendors, partners, or service providers to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with procurement, legal, and business units to evaluate the security implications of engaging with third-party vendors and providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders on selecting, onboarding, and managing third-party vendors securely.
• Reviewing and negotiating information security and data protection clauses in contracts and agreements with third-party vendors to establish security requirements and responsibilities.
• Conducting risk assessments of third-party systems (including cloud), networks, and processes to identify gaps in information security controls.
• Collaborate with head office in developing and implementing strategies in continue monitoring and evaluating third-party security performance through regular assessments and audits.
• Participating in cross-functional teams or committees on vendor risk management and security governance driven regionally and globally.
• Collaborating with auditors to provide necessary documentation, evidence, and support during audit fieldwork, testing, and reporting phases.
• Reviewing audit findings, recommendations, and reports to identify opportunities for improving information security and third-party risk management practices, processes, and controls.

Formal education:

• University or college degree or comparable
• Possession of professional qualifications will be advantageous. e.g. CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CTPRP

Specialist knowledge (work experience, further qualification):

• Minimum 5+ years of related experience in Information Security, third-party risk management or technology Risk function in financial services industry or consultancy.
• Knowledge of Asia regulatory requirements with a strong understanding of the financial industry. PDPC, MAS, NAFR, PBOC, JFA
• Have a strong security risk and analytical mindset in approaching situations and interactions with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to translate complex technical information for a non-technical audience.

• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports within stipulated deadline.
• Execute effective and efficient accounts payable, general ledger, petty cash reimbursement and fixed asset management.
• Preparation of cash flow analysis and projection.
• Preparation of GST reporting & income tax filing.
• Dealing with and reconcile inter-company transactions and balances.
• Prepare, check, verify and process invoices, delivery orders and payments, updating of cash book.
• Monthly creditors' statement reconciliation.
• Monitoring of daily bank balance and monthly bank reconciliation.
• Responsible for handling and processing the billing to customers and ensure that all billings are correctly invoiced, recorded and payments are received timely.
• Preparation of audit schedules.
• Liaise with external parties e.g. banks, auditors, customers, suppliers, statutory bodies to solve any issue.
• Ensure payments are made timely, with proper approval and in accordance with required supporting documents.
• Liaise with various departments to resolve issue on closing monthly accounts.
• Maintain and reconcile financial statements.
• Assist to review internal control to ensure work are done properly and effectively.
• Assist to review, troubleshoot and recommend enhancements to existing workflow and financial accounting system.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
