Job Description:
· Responsible for achieving the stipulated sales target set by company.
· Formulate offline sales strategy, develop, and organize the implementation of a comprehensive sales plan, lead the team to translate the plan into sales results.
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities by identifying and targeting potential customers in the enterprise software market, with a preference for those needing EduTech and Office Automation (OA) systems solution.
· Stay informed about software industry trends, competitive services, and market conditions.
· Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing/new clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
· Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related
· Preferred qualifications include 5 years or more of B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Prior sales experience in the EduTech and OA office software industry is desirable.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must maintain high professional and technical knowledge standard.
· Fluency in English and Chinese to interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients or staff at the China branch.
