Who we are looking for:

Technical Skills

1. Strong background in design/development (functional and non-blocking programming) and support of large web-based systems, complete software product lifecycle exposure

2. Strong culture on Software Testing (Unit Test, TDD, BDD)

3. Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP/eXtreme Programming) and Complexity estimation / planning poker

4. Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, engineering best practices, and deployment methodologies

5. Must have Experience with:

1. Java 11+

2. RESTful APIs and Microservices development (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)

3. ReactJS v16.8+, Application State Management – Redux

4. ES6, Proven experience with Advanced TypeScript concepts

5. React Native for iOS and Android App development

6. TDD/BDD (JUnit, Mockito and cucumber) and other testing frameworks like Jest and Enzyme

7. RDBMS & NoSQL

8. Experience with transcompiler tools like Babel & build tools like Webpack

9. Exposure to performance measuring tools such as Profiler and performance optimization practices

10. Exposure to component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, etc.

11. Code Version Control tools (GIT, Bitbucket)

12. DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)

13. Cloud platform (AKS, API Gateway)

14. Basic of Event Bus (confluent - Kafka)
