• Knowledge in machine tools, speed, feeds & insert technology.
• Designs and fabricates custom tooling and fixtures to hold and position workpieces during the machining process.
• Must have good knowledge on CNC manufacturing process, setting/programming/operating.
• Technical support on production issue including Design jigs & fixture for machining purpose with good knowledge in understand of manufacturing include re-design.
• Verifying conformance of finished parts to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools.
• Develops efficient machining processes to minimize production time and cost.
• Optimizes tool paths to reduce machining time and improve surface finish.
• Others ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

You will be joining a dynamic team managing and working closely with the Assistant Warehouse Manager to solve Logistics, warehouse operation issues, managing the inventory level and fulfil daily orders. Your key responsibilities cover the following 5 broad areas:

1) Receiving and Inspecting of Goods

• To verify the quantity of goods, inspect for damages and report discrepancies.

2) Inventory Management

• To tidy and organise all inventory and maintain accurate records for accurate monitoring

3) Order fulfilment
