• Validate the business model, ensuring its fit with the target market and potential for scalability
• Lead the development and implementation of the strategies for marketing, sales, product development, and operations
• Cultivate a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team
• Manage the company's budget, cash flow, and investment priorities efficiently, understand the unique financial challenges of a pre-revenue business
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team that is motivated and aligned with the startup's goals, even amidst uncertainty and limited resources

6. Support planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management.
2. Strong organizational and project management skills to coordinate between teams and external partners.
3. Ability to gather and structure ideas effectively, turning concepts into actionable plans.
4. Experience liaising with external media or marketing agencies is a plus.
5. High level of creativity and ability to provide fresh ideas and inputs.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with colleagues and partners.
