Roles & Responsobilities:

The candidate must possess relevant qualifications in the renovation industry in Singapore and be able to effectively lead the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Oversee the overall planning, execution, and supervision of projects to ensure each phase meets quality standards and customer requirements

2) Manage and coordinate project teams, including designers, renovation workers, contractors, and others

3) Communicate with clients to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and deliverables

4) Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule, while maintaining the company's quality standards

5) Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and safety standards within the renovation industry in Singapore

6) Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth progress of the project

Requirements:

1) Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

2) Possession of relevant qualifications or certifications in the renovation industry (such as renovation worker qualifications, renovation supervisor certificate, etc.)

3) At least 3 years of experience in managing renovation projects

4) Basic proficiency in both Chinese and English

5) Strong management and coordination skills, with the ability to tackle project challenges

• Address challenges in existing batch workflows using Automic and file transfer rules in IBM Sterling with enhanced security measures.
• Provide support for Automic AWA and file transfer change requests, incidents, and IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements for batch workflows in Automic and file transfer rule in IBM Sterling.
• Provide detailed RFIs for client application systems.
• Support interface connectivity across client internal systems and client external partners such as Collection Agencies, Government Agencies etc.
