● Work collaboratively with Dotcom, Digital Media, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Onboarding and Customer Success teams to support the development of CDP business use cases, activation and maintenance of target audiences across acquisition and/or retention marketing channels.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This position reports to a Regional IT Manager and provides support of desktop/laptop computer systems of a moderate to complex nature to ensure end-user productivity and efficiency. Role Responsibilities

• Manages overall service delivery and business success across the portfolio of Client account
