Provide 30-60 minute massages to clients by appointment

• Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most
• Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
• Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
• Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients

• 根据公司量化交易业务战略，设计并优化平台功能，包括量化策略管理、虚拟仓位、订 单管理、账⼾管理、⻛控系统等模块。

• 与业务、技术团队紧密合作，定义产品需求，撰写详细的需求⽂档（ PRD）

ii. ⽤⼾体验优化：

• 深⼊研究量化交易平台⽤⼾ （如量化研究员、交易员） 的需求，提升平台的易⽤性和效 率。

• 持续优化⽤⼾界⾯（ UI）和⽤⼾体验（ UX）

iii. 项⽬管理与推进：

• 协调开发、测试、运营等跨部⻔资源，确保产品开发和上线进度。

• 跟踪项⽬执⾏，解决问题，确保产品的⾼质量交付

iv. 市场趋势与竞品分析：

• 跟踪数字货币和量化交易⾏业趋势，研究竞品动态，制定差异化产品策略

v. 数据驱动的产品迭代：

• 利⽤交易数据和⽤⼾反馈，分析并驱动产品迭代和优化，提升平台竞争⼒。

任职要求

i. 教育背景：

• 本科及以上学历，⾦融、计算机、数学、管理等相关专业优先

ii. ⼯作经验：

• 3年以上产品经理⼯作经验，有⾦融科技、量化交易或数字货币平台相关产品经验优先

iii. 专业技能：

• 熟悉量化交易流程和⽣态，了解策略研发、交易执⾏、⻛控管理等环节。

• 熟悉主流defi产品及安全协议

• 具备优秀的需求分析能⼒ ，能将复杂的业务需求转化为清晰的产品设计⽅案。

• 理解订单簿结构、市场微观结构，能设计⾼性能订单撮合和交易执⾏逻辑

iv. 技术理解⼒：

• 理解交易系统架构，有与技术团队合作的经验；熟悉 API 接⼝设计者优先。

• 熟悉市场主流交易平台，如币安、⽕币、OKX的功能与特点者优先
