Reporting to the Security Supervisor and Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the safety and well-being of staff, tenants, owners, visitors, and contractors.

Requirements

1. Qualifications: Possess a valid security license.

2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in security, preferably in a condominium setting.

3. Physical Fitness: Be physically fit and able to perform duties that require standing, walking, and responding to emergencies.

4. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, visitors, and contractors.

5. Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to think critically and respond effectively to security incidents and emergencies.

6. Certifications: Possess certifications in security-related courses.

7. Willing to travel to different sites as required to address site shortfalls and provide security support.

8. Able to conduct OJT to security personnel at various sites to enhance their skills and knowledge And able to provide security support to sites as required, including responding to security incidents and providing guidance on security matters.
