Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible in handling full process of order processing which include from order to payment.

2. Issuing, tracking, providing feedback and updating procurement orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and meet production requirements.

3. Make the relevant documents for the storage of goods , actively cooperate with the warehouse to complete the storage of purchased goods with quality and quantity.

4. Verify and record shipment details of procurement orders, reconciling with suppliers and preparing payment requests or prepayments.
