Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with proven experience in the finance, healthcare, and public sectors. Your expertise in presales, client delivery, and achieving successful outcomes will be critical to our team's success. Ideally you will have 15+ years of experience in Presales, consulting, and Business Development.
You will excel in conducting presales assessments of key client processes, effectively documenting “as-is” and “to-be” workflows. Your ability to design and present integrated automation solutions to potential and existing clients will set you apart. Additionally, you will play a vital role in identifying process gaps and addressing missing scenarios during the presales phase. Strong forecasting skills will further enhance your capabilities in this position.
Once our proposals are accepted, you will take charge of their implementation. This includes meticulous effort and resource planning, proactive management of risks and issues, accurate project progress reporting, and effective escalation management. Your skill in tracking project actuals against the budget, analyzing variances, and providing necessary mitigations will be crucial to the success of our projects and programs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients’ post-implementation will be essential for expanding our local business.

Key tasks and responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities to automate processes and integrate systems.
- Identify gaps and improvements to current internal processes and documentation and delivered a transformation action plan and continuous improvement strategy.
- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party.
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Ability to ensure the correct mix of project resources are available to maximise the chances of project success.
- Managing delivery of the project according to “the plan” and highlight and manage potential deviations.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Establishing meaningful long term client relationships, providing updates to clients in the field of automation.
- Keep up to date on emerging technologies and ensuring that the value propositions are clearly communicated to prospective and existing clients.
- Ensuring CTS team members comply with client policies re data security, privacy, onsite working policies.
- Use of internal CTS system to ensure correct resource assignment and project allocation.
- Review and provide input to billing.
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience as a program/project manager in the enterprise automation space preferred (RPA, Low code / No code)
- Ability to identify new opportunities to automate processes and integrate systems as well as suggesting improvements to exist processes.
- Able to accurate monitor, track, and report on project (s) progress
- Possess business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical skills correctly identify risks and solve any problems which may arise throughout the project.
