- Develop or port new technology and transfer to Fab for mass production
- New project technology specification integration, process selection and development schedule adjustment
- Design rule compilation, process and equipment monitoring structure design, review and preparation
- New product tape out, pilot
- Process and device window inspection
- Systematic process problem solving
- Lead junior engineers to complete assigned tasks
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Chemical or Materials Science Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Work Independently and ability to work in a culturally and generationally diverse team
- Excellent communication skills including report writing, and presentation skills are a must.
