• Drafting, updating and managing documentation as part of the work process
• Collaborating with other members of the Technology team and Business Services team to come up with practical and effective solutions to meet business operational needs
• Participating in and contributing to special projects in support of Firm initiatives
• Assisting the team with related ad-hoc duties, where necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies that include but are not limited to Windows Operating System and Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Experience with other mainstream software systems (e.g. iOS, Mac OSX, Android) and/or technical skills related to an ability to do basic logic design and programming with simple scripts; or using industry standard visual basic, power-shell, will be ideal
• Industry standard current certifications by Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Application solution vendors will be helpful
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in a corporate environment. Experience working in a law firm would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities

• Design and execute the standardization of workplace and infrastructure solution across the group, taking into consideration industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Implement and manage workplace technology solutions including end users devices, telephony, collaboration and office productivity tools, managed print. These will include the focus on Microsoft 365 suite, including emerging technologies like Microsoft Co-Pilot.

• Implement and manage network infrastructure such as WAN, Enterprise LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, remote access and other network enabling technologies and applications.

• Implement and manage the Service Desk to handle service requests and incidents.

• Drive workplace technology and infrastructure service recovery to reduce system downtime and impact to internal users and external customer. • Track service providers SLAs.

• Experimentation and recommendation of new workplace technologies. Keep abreast with technology development in the industry and regulators.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a combination of relevant professional experience.

• More than 5 year’s relevant working experience in managing Workplace Technology and infrastructure. Financial services industry experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure (i.e. Microsoft 365), including Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, SCCM, end point management tools.

• Familiar with WAN routing protocols, QOS, COS and experienced with Telco’s business and operations and network protocols like DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN.

• Relevant certifications in Workplace Technology and Networking preferred but not mandatory.

We are looking to hire a Project Manager / Delivery Lead to support our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank. The incumbent will play a critical role in delivery on the transformation program. He/She will work with product teams, technical leads, and vendor SMEs, and will have direct accountability in ensuring that business requirements are designed and implemented as per expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of GPE platform, including successful integration of the platform with ecosystems.
• Leverage domain and technical expertise to set direction and drive project execution.
• Foresee and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Work with business, operations, internal technology teams, and with vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between the vendor and internal technology teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with respect to scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery – E.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Ensure execution and delivery meets stakeholder expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
• Ensure Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions are met for the epics/features delivered.
• Measure delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders across GPS, GT&O and other teams to drive development of execution plans to enable realization of GPE strategies. Execution plans outline multi-year strategic outcomes (based on target state) and the activities required to support achievement of those outcomes.
• Summarize, create presentations, and present initiative-specific, compelling, executive-ready presentations conveying the strategy, business case, and recommendations to Senior and Executive Leadership across product, operations, technology, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Possess at least 4 – 6 years of Project Manager / Delivery lead related experience in the banking / financial domain
• Finacle implementation and integration experience in a global bank setup is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Defect management tools.
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage delivery of complex, integration projects in a matrix organization.
• Strong technology delivery capability and leadership from strategy alignment, solution design, E2E program/project delivery to problem solving.
• Remove impediments to the ability of the team to deliver and is keenly focused on the activities and progress of the Agile project team
• Experience working with product and service vendors, and with the onshore-offshore delivery model.
• Ability to drive senior level discussions with good communication skills.
• Ability to influence & work with regional and global partners/stakeholders to drive the program forward.
