Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to our banking clients throughout the T24 project lifecycle (Analysis & Design, Implementation, Go-Live, and Post-Live Support).
• Collaborate effectively with senior management, technical and business teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Lead assigned areas of responsibility, including developing and executing testing plans, data migration strategies, integration plans, cutover plans, and implementation.
• Configure and validate custom Temenos T24 functionalities, ensuring user acceptance and high-quality solutions.
• Create clear and concise technical documentation for internal and external audiences.
• Deliver technical training to clients and end-users as required.
• Contribute to migration strategy development and execution.

Technical and Professional Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in technical consultancy and expert services ideally with Temenos T24 software within a banking environment.
• Proven experience and a successful track record in delivering end-to-end T24 Core Banking or Wealth Suite transformation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of T24 architecture design principles.
• A strong blend of technical expertise and product knowledge, ideally with expertise in one or more of the following T24 modules:

1. Securities and Corporate Actions
2. Derivatives (DX)
3. Structured Products (SY)
4. Treasury Modules (MM, FX, and Swaps)

• Experience in Financial Accounting and GL reporting, including preparing accounting schemas, and charts of accounts, and analyzing/correcting GL mismatches.
• Experience in planning and executing T24 upgrades, TAFC to TAFJ migrations, and performance-tuning projects. (Advantage)
• Hands-on experience with integration frameworks like IRIS and design frameworks.(Preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of INFOBASIC, T24 JAVA API coding, JAVA, and Oracle 10+ operating systems.
• Familiarity with the functionality of UNIX, AS400, and NT operating systems, particularly disc structures.
• Experience integrating T24 with Wealth Suite components (TAP, TTI, and TDS).

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in implementing T24 modules is a must as this is purely an implementation role.
• Strong technical expertise and product knowledge in one or more of the T24 modules namely Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), Structured Products (SY), Treasury Modules (MM, FX, and Swaps).

Solutions Specialist (Legal Technology)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Legal Technology team. The team sits within the Knowledge, Innovation and Technology (KIT) department of the firm.

The Solutions Specialist will design, develop and implement tailored technology solutions with a focus on generative AI tools to address our firm’s specific needs. You will collaborate with lawyers and staff to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions, develop prototypes, and deploy applications to enhance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Custom AI Development:

• Work closely with lawyers and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement generative AI tools to support legal work and other business use cases.
• Fine-tune large language models for legal-specific applications where required or applicable
• Analyse business requirements and develop other custom software applications or tools that enhance legal processes and improve efficiency.

2. System Integration:

• Integrate generative AI tools and other custom solutions with existing systems and ensure seamless functionality across various platforms.
• Develop APIs and workflows for integration across platforms

3. Testing and Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. A law degree or legal experience will be advantageous.
• 3 to 5 years of technical experience in a software development, systems analyst or related discipline preferably in the legal industry or a professional services environment.
• Proven track record of managing big data / data mining using analytical tools.

Experience:

• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, with understanding and ability to implement

a) emerging technologies, distributed and highly scalable computing architecture, multi-cloud,

b) hybrid, server-less computing and advanced analytics;

c) big data and machine learning technologies; and

d) workflow methodologies.

• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, Swift, Go) and familiarity with relevant frameworks and tools
• Experience with training large language models
• Experience in mobile app / full stack development
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

The Role
The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of the recruiting process such as posting and updating job openings on various hiring platforms, liaising and coordinating with external agencies/recruitment firms, screening resumes received from recruitment firms and application forms, scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers, keeping detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview notes, maintaining HR databases, as well as coordinating orientation and on-boarding processes for new hires.

Your Profile

You should have a degree in HR or Business or any related discipline, with a min of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
