We are looking to hire an Infrastructure Project Manager to drive IT infrastructure projects for our client in Singapore which is a top global investment bank. The incumbent should have past exposure / background driving infrastructure projects.

Job Description:

• PM experience in supporting or managing large-scale projects for technology infrastructure services.
• Experience in managing project budgets with good understanding of P&L, Cash Flow forecasting and resource cost management.
• Previous experience managing IT projects in a bank / financial institution
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders with good communication skills.
• Lead, manage and implement projects to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables.
• Assist with regulatory / compliance requirements and business needs relating to the project.
• Support management of project budget and approvals using approved templates.
• Assessment of infrastructure requirements dependencies, constraints, and migration strategies working with the various technology SME’s.
• Maintaining good relationship with stakeholders, users, and vendors, etc.
• Support project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively.
• Identification of resources needed and working with various technology departments to assign individual roles & responsibilities.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders regularly and produce status update reports and minutes as required.
• Support corporate workplace driven weekend change events.

Job Description :-

• The role will mainly manage KRIs and tech debt amongst other risk tasks
• Risk Identification: Identify and define Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) relevant to the organization's objectives and risk appetite
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to determine the current status of key risk indicators, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor KRIs and provide regular reports to management, highlighting emerging risks and trends
• Risk Assessment: Assess the significance of deviations from established risk thresholds and escalate issues as necessary
• Communication: Effectively communicate risk insights to stakeholders, including executives and department heads
• Risk Mitigation Strategies: Collaborate with risk owners to develop and implement strategies for mitigating identified risks
• Policy Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of risk management policies and procedures
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure that the organization's risk management practices align with legal requirements
• Technology Utilization: Leverage technology tools for efficient KRI monitoring and reporting.

Job Scope

1. Develop and execute video content strategies based on brand and product positioning to attract and retain fans and convert them.

2. Responsible for the operation of media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and leading local platforms in Singapore and other Asian markets, to increase followers.

3. Create high-quality video content related to recruitment, human resources management, career development, etc., including planning, shooting, and editing.

4. Optimize content and strategies through data analysis of user behaviour and feedback.

Requirement

1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as film directing, editing, or related disciplines.

2. Work Experience: Over 1 year of experience in content creation or marketing-related roles.

3. Industry Experience: Prior experience on the internet, mobile internet, e-commerce, or new media industry is preferred.

4. Professional Skills:

- Skills in video content creation, editing, and shooting.

- In-depth understanding of marketing, social media, and content operations. Priority given to those with local resources.

- Strong market awareness with the ability to keenly grasp market trends, hot topics, and their development directions.

- Ability to excel in task completion under high-pressure situations.

5. Management of social media:

- Experience in managing social media, with a focus on content creation, customer acquisition, user growth, or community operations.

- Proficient in handling major platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat, YouTube, etc.

• This position will, under limited supervision, work as a part of a high-energy team to support all Project Management functions for the Departments. This will involve acting as frontline support for the Microsoft Project Enterprise system to all levels of the organization. The daily activities will include, but not be limited to, assisting users with Project Assignments for weekly timesheets, assisting Project Managers in the constructions and upkeep of Development Project Schedules, providing reports on Project Cost and Status as requested, ensuring MS Project and SAP are kept in sync through manual updates, continuous maintenance of user database for MS Project System.
• Responsibilities:Experience requested for this position will be a passion for planning and customer service. Microsoft Office proficiency is a must and experience in scheduling software (MS Project / P6) is a plus but not required. A strong personality and willingness to champion the department policies to all users will be very beneficial.
