Responsibilities:

• Shares critical market intelligence and trends across internal teams to ensure organization-wide alignment.
• Leads the creation of conceptual development plans for emerging business opportunities, integrating engineering, commercial, and project insights.
• Manages opportunities through the gate process, including concept selection and decision-making for FEED progression.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or Naval Architecture)
• Master’s in Engineering/Technology or MBA (preferred)
• 13+ years in offshore/marine industry, focusing on green energy and decarbonization
• Knowledge of technology development and deployment (low to high TRL)
• Data synthesis into investment recommendations and strategic insights
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

• Riggers set up and repair rigging at construction sites.
• Responsible for aligning and anchoring the machinery, attaching loads, controlling the movement of heavy equipment, and ensuring the rigging is safe for use.
• prepare the materials before loading, set up the rigging equipment, operate heavy equipment machinery, and dismantle the rigging after the job.
• communicate with the rigging team and ensure compliance with state health and safety regulations
• In-depth knowledge of rigging equipment, excellent spacial awareness, and good communication skills.
• A skilled Rigger is meticulous with construction and always aware of safety on the construction site.
• Ability to work at heights and in noisy environments.
