Responsibilities:

• Digital specialist for the site, aid in business level architecture and roadmaps, spearheading the overall design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives on an organizational level.
• Aid digital transformation strategy toward full-site Digital Factory (Industry 4.0) implementation.
• Lead changes on Digital Factory with digital tools adoption, using data to drive business goals.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver agile solution strategies and fit-for-purpose digital visualization solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with all levels of management, personnel (including global SMEs) and Digital Transformation Team (APAC) to align and implement read-across projects.
• Maintaining an inventory of current technology offerings and evaluating emerging technology solutions to determine which solutions may be most beneficial to the organization’s long-term goals
• Managing project budget, delivery, and SLAs (service level agreement) to develop POC and production ready solutions.
• Creating a culture of innovation within the organization by encouraging employees to think outside the box and embrace new technologies.
• Drive and aid in CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects to achieve business and enterprise objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or relevant technically related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, finance, or business development.
• Proven experience in developing strategies and setting up and executing transformation initiatives (examples: digital transformation, IT Transformation, end to end workflow automation and operations)
• Technical Skills to facilitate process redesign, data, infrastructure, and system management.
• Demonstrated the ability to understand complex systems and environments to make best recommendations.
• Project management experience and driving change management.
• Strong influencing skills, business discernment to anticipate what’s next, and ability to innovate.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills and demonstrated industry insight.
• ACE/CORE Accreditation and or knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma tools preferred.
• Technical knowledge of Pratt & Whitney’s Engines Repair, PW Repair Centers, and PW Engine Services business is a plus.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and M365 is a plus.

Job Description:

· Liaising with existing customer and handling customer enquires and feedback

· Raise Purchase Order to Supplier

· Raise parts quotation to Customer enquiry

· Raise Delivery Order and Invoice

· Update Sales and Purchase report for spare parts items

· Monitor and chase payment from supplier

· Consolidate Supplier data update

· Follow up new parts status order

· Familiar in order processing, Issue PO, DO, Invoices

• Work closely with business, distributors/end customers, internal customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment
• Coordinator work process and information to ensure the timely arrival of heavy equipment or delivery information to customer.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Administration / Engineering / Operations

· With 5-6 years of experience handling operation / customer service coordination

· Familiar with heavy equipment products such as crawler crane, excavators will be an advantage

· Possess good communication with good interpersonal skills
