What you'll do:

• Establish and monitor company user operation metrics, ensuring an efficient operation system.

About the role

Regional Consumer Banking Operations (CBO) initiatives focus on delivering scalable and efficient processing capabilities in various countries. This role will provide the leadership in ensuring the successful implementation of such initiatives working with Technology teams and in-country Tech and Operations teams

• Re-engineer the end-to-end process, analyse and review operations solutions
