Job Description:

• Able to assist in Costing
• Proficient in Autocad sanitary plumbing
• Candidate is proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Knowledge in AUTOCAD (2D & 3D) & BIM drawing
• Plan, manage and execute design work, typically from concept through to completion and manage design changes during construction stages
• Plan all drawing request to meet the submission deadline
• On time delivery drawings, correct and accurate drawings
• Work closely with assigned PM on Autocad and Drawing Status reporting
• To attend site walk as and when required by the Engineers and Managers
• Ensure compliance with the relevant design codes and specifications

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform 3D/CNC programming & setting of Milling machine.
• Familiar with Fanuc Control System.
• Develops CNC programs to machine complex components from various materials like metals, plastics, or composites.
• Operates CNC machines like mills, lathes, or routers to fabricate prototype parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge in machine tools, speed, feeds & insert technology.
• Designs and fabricates custom tooling and fixtures to hold and position workpieces during the machining process.
• Must have good knowledge on CNC manufacturing process, setting/programming/operating.
• Technical support on production issue including Design jigs & fixture for machining purpose with good knowledge in understand of manufacturing include re-design.
• Verifying conformance of finished parts to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools.
• Develops efficient machining processes to minimize production time and cost.
• Optimizes tool paths to reduce machining time and improve surface finish.
• Others ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:
