Your key responsibilities:

The Deutsche Bank Chief Security Office is looking for an experienced DLP Information Security Analyst.

Adhering to internal and external policies, the role is required to work in a global team to identify and assess technical and personnel security breaches within a heterogeneous business and technical landscape. This will include working with a variety of technologies and business groups to detect, assess and document the escalation of security alerts and consequence management.

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in either Data Loss Prevention (DLP) or Security Operations Center, with at least 1 year working in an enterprise-grade Operations Center.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Working experience with Data Loss related applications such as Symantec DLP, Digital Guardian; and SIEM tools such as Splunk, Sentinel.
• Working knowledge in IT Fundamentals such as networking, hardware/software.

Establish Governance and Build Knowledge

"Science and Technology for Humanity" (ST4H), one of the core courses, is inviting candidates to contribute to NTU’s Interdisciplinary Collaborative Core (ICC) curriculum. Required for all undergraduates, ST4H explores the social, economic, and political impacts of science and technology, encouraging students to address societal issues through an interdisciplinary lens that integrates both STEM and non-STEM perspectives.

This role is pivotal to the Interdisciplinary Collaborative Core (ICC) Office’s mission to implement an interdisciplinary and collaborative curriculum aimed at cultivating future-ready graduates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating and conducting all teaching assignments, both face-to-face and virtual delivery
• Developing an instructional plan (known as a course outline or syllabus) for the course(s) they teach and ensuring that it meets university standards
• Developing, designing, and continuously improving lesson plans and class activities, assignment tasks and rubrics to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensure student engagement
• Supporting course administration such as course evaluation, online course materials, attendance records, academic counselling on student progress
• Conducting assessments, marking and grade entries, feedback to students, student consultations, non-academic matters etc.
• Developing course materials and learning resources for course delivery and support students’ learning
• Providing regular course and student progress statistics for reporting and strategic decision making
• Taking on course co-coordination responsibility, and working with others in the course as a team to ensure a positive and supportive learning and working environment for all—students, staff and faculty
• Demonstrating values and principles of professional conduct in all endeavours
• Any other assigned duties

Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

· MA or PhD training across STEM and/or humanities and social science fields

· Training relevant to one of the course topics (e.g., the future of work, Al and robotics, technology’s role in rebalancing power, transformations for health and wellbeing, life beyond humanity)

· Teaching and mentoring experience and experience with team teaching is preferred

· Interest and/or proficiency in technology-enhanced learning (e.g., developing online learning activities and assessments, creating lectures to be streamed online)

· Ability to work in a team

· A demonstrated potential for scholarship is an advantage

The Remanufacturing Process Technology (RPT) Group in ARTC is looking for a responsible and motivated laboratory officer to join the group. The lab officer?s responsibilities include operation of high-power lasers for cleaning related experiments, metal and composite sample preparation, characterization, measurement, and mechanical testing. The lab officer also supports group?s research activities through procurement, design of experiments, equipment scheduling, risks identification and assessment to ensure efficient and safe operation of our labs. The roles and responsibilities include the following areas:

· Perform high-power laser material processing using robotics, CNC and hand-held systems on-site of ARTC and occasional visit to customer sites.

· Perform material testing, sample preparation, microstructure & defects analysis in fabricated coupons and parts.

· Tracking and managing lab resource utilization, procurement, and delivery.

· Storage space management and optimization.

· Ensure high operational readiness by troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and liaising for repairs.

· Planning equipment maintenance and facilitating mechanical and electrical installations for new equipment.

· Assist in scheduling equipment utilization and procurement for project consumables.

· Secondary roles related to health, safety, environment, and procurement to manage the Risk Assessment (RA), Standard Working Procedures (SWP), Permit to Work (PTW), and chemical purchasing and storage.
