Responsibilities
· Support daily Sales Operation activities, assisting in purchasing, invoicing and sales orders
· Negotiate with vendors, handle client enquiries, resolve disputes and follow through with payment and invoicing processes
· Arrange and coordinate product deliveries
· Work closely with sales/product colleagues to execute processes to improve operational efficiency
· Provide stellar administrative support to the assigned corporate department/function
Requirements
· Minimum Diploma or equivalent
· 3 years of working experience or fresh graduate willing to learn
· Polite and pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset
· Good organizational and coordination skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Business proficiency in English, both written and verbal
· Proficient in MS Excel
· Previous sales/purchasing operations experience will be an advantage
